<p>The first report, below, will provide insight into the eight players from <strong>Derby </strong>and <strong>Maize South</strong>. </p>

<p>Report #2 will cover <strong>Hutchinson</strong> and <strong>Maize</strong>, which combined to place nine players in the rankings. </p>

<p>Pacing the exceptional players in this report is 2025 #1 ranked <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='570288' first='DaSaahn' last='Brame']</strong>, TE/WR, 6'6, 230, Derby, who is primed and ready for taking the next step to superstar status. Additionally, surging in the rankings is #13 <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='282258' first='Tate' last='McNew']</strong>, QB, 6'1, 190, Maize South, who accounted for 45 total touchdowns in his sensational junior campaign.</p>

<p><strong>Derby</strong>:</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='570288' first='DaSaahn' last='Brame']</strong>, TE/WR, 6'6, 230, Derby - is the #1 ranked player in the 2025 class and is quickly make a name for himself nationwide. The Derby junior has had his pick of potential collegiate landing spots and after careful deliberation has narrowed his choice to eight schools: Kansas State, Oregon, Florida, Missouri, Texas A&M, Alabama, and Oklahoma. His exceptional combination of size, speed, and overall athleticism make him one of the most sought-after players in the nation.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='716597' first='Easton' last='Splane']</strong>, ATH, 6'0, 185, Derby - is an elite-level, multi-position player currently ranked #102. The Panther junior is a playmaker at quarterback who excels at the run-pass option (RPO) and throws the ball well on the run. Last year he racked up 16 total touchdowns, passing for just under 800 yards and nine touchdowns and rushed for 361 yards and added another seven TD's. As a quick-strike defensive back who plays sideline to sideline, he piled up 67 tackles and added an interception. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1115732' first='Kikoa' last='Indalecio']</strong>, LB, 5'6, 185, Derby - is currently in the 2025 rankings at #175. The Derby junior had an excellent season and closed it out with a standout game in the state finals with eight total tackles, four solo and four assisted. On the year he flew to the ball playing all over the field and ended the season with 84 total tackles from his linebacker spot.</p>

<p><strong>Maize South</strong>:</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='282258' first='Tate' last='McNew']</strong>, QB, 6'1, 190, Maize South - shot up the rankings to #13 on the heels of a banner junior season. Last year he passed 321 times, completing 202 for 2,876 yards and 31 total touchdowns passing, for a sparkling 124.0 quarterback rating. The Maize South star also gained 450 yards on the ground, scoring 14 TD's, to give 45 total TD's for the year. The first-team All-League QB possesses a powerful throwing arm with outstanding touch on the long ball. He currently holds three school records and is looking to add to that this coming season.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='282256' first='Landen' last='Gatto']</strong>, WR, 6'5, 200, Maize South - climbed the rankings to #37 and was the primary target for the Maize South offense. He is long, lanky target with excellent speed who catches the ball well in traffic. He proved to be almost unstoppable in single coverage. He is coming off a standout year when he was Honorable Mention All-State Class 6A as a receiver.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='866494' first='Christian' last='McDonald']</strong>, DB, 5'10, 170, Maize South - is currently ranked #135 in the 2025 rankings. A multi-positional player who starred as a safety as well as a dangerous return man. Piled up three returns for touchdowns, including a 95-yard kickoff return and a 56-yard punt return. As a safety was a superb open-field tackler and a big hitter in the secondary. Last year he was Honorable Mention All-State 6A as both a defensive back and a return man.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='282257' first='Brody' last='Mies']</strong>, LB, 5'10, 185, Maize South - climbed the rankings to #167 after helping Maize South to an 8-3 record. He helped anchor the defensive side of the ball as a linebacker and nose guard and quickly made a name for himself with his quick initial step and ability to close on the ball. A powerlifter in the off-season, he is looking to lead another strong team defense from numerous positions.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='352339' first='Alec' last='Fuller']</strong>, DL, 6'4, 235, Maize South - jumped into the rankings at #205. After a strong junior season, the team will be looking for him to assist in fortifying both sides of the ball, with an emphasis as a large-presence defensive lineman in the trenches. </p>
