We released our updated 2025 prospect rankings on Tuesday. In Part 1 of a series, here are 5 of the Fastest Stock Risers (listed in alphabetical order):

[player_tooltip player_id='611107' first='Michael' last='Beck'], Farmington: Beck emerged this season as one of the top wide receivers in the entire state. He was one of only four receivers with 1,100+ receiving yards and one of only TWO receivers with 70+ receptions and 1,100+ receiving yards. So, he was residing in elite company. Remember the name for 2024 because Beck is primed for an even better senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1118257' first='Ethan' last='Conn'], Artesia: After seeing limited action with the Artesia varsity in 2022, Conn was barely a blip on most people's radars in August when this past season got underway. Then he became – literally overnight – one of the top receivers in the state. He quickly became QB [player_tooltip player_id='590681' first='Nye' last='Estrada']'s favorite target and finished with about 60 receptions for nearly 1,000 yards and double digit touchdowns. How Conn meshes with new QB [player_tooltip player_id='1119239' first='Izac' last='Cazares'] will be a hot offseason topic of discussion.

[player_tooltip player_id='1119266' first='Tristan' last='Davis'], Hobbs: Hobbs has a rich tradition of producing outstanding linebacker talent, especially in recent seasons. In his first full season as a starter, Davis produced 137 tackles, third highest for the 2025 class, and 17.0 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks and 7 QB hurries. He knows how to wreak havoc in opposing offensive backfields.

[player_tooltip player_id='1118241' first='Mark' last='Handy'], La Cueva: Nobody rocketed up the rankings faster than the 6-foot-6, 285-pound Handy. Before this past summer, most of Handy's interest had come from D2 schools and a handful of D1 programs. But an impressive series of camp performances in Texas plus an outstanding season for La Cueva convinced two Power 5 programs to pull the trigger and offer Handy: Texas Tech and Baylor.

[player_tooltip player_id='615635' first='Blake' last='Spencer'], Bloomfield: Spencer went from Bloomfield's backup quarterback in 2022 to ranking among the state's leaders in passing yardage with 2,748 and 35 TD. He also had one of the best TD pass-to-INT ratios in the state as he tossed just 4 interceptions in 272 pass attempts. Impressive.

https://twitter.com/TristanYDavis/status/1725236871901622643?s=20

https://twitter.com/MarkHandy75/status/1730044581885202504?s=20
