Demaron Strong - Mundys Mill

A quick and elusive receiver who is tough to corral after the catch, Strong may be on the smaller side compared to other receivers, but he's still one of the more productive wide receivers you'll find on that side of Atlanta. The playmaking junior and Jonesboro native brings plenty of speed and productivity, catching 59 passes for 689 yards and four touchdowns. Most of his production came early in the season, going over the 100-yard mark twice in his first four games of the season. Still, the talent was on full display all season. He's fast enough to stretch the field vertically but knows how to make plays in the screen and short passing game as well. He's dangerous with the ball in his hands and occasionally flashed D1-potential. Again, he's not real big, but he's still a major weapon who could have a massive senior season next fall in 2024.

[player_tooltip player_id='126990' first='Chase' last='Colina'] - Woodstock

A quick, shifty receiver and one of the better route-runners across Cherokee County, Colina was a bright spot this past fall for a Woodstock team that had a tough 2023 season. Even when the Woodstock offense was struggling, Colina was shining and making plays. He's not the biggest receiver, but he shows good burst, great footwork, and the ability to find open holes in the defense. He has dependable hands and knows how to get up the field for more yards after the catch. He's a weapon who can line up in the slot or on the outside. He's a natural pass-catcher who caught 53 passes last season for 701 yards and four touchdowns. He was efficient, productive, and was a consistent playmaker for the Woodstock offense. Look for his numbers to be even better next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='556326' first='Grant' last='Hollier'] - River Ridge

A Cherokee County receiver who really shined as a pass-catcher last fall as a junior, Hollier is a bigger receiver at 6-foot-4 220-pounds who showed great hands and the ability to stay on his feet after contact and pick up considerable yards after the catch. A two-sport star who also shines on the baseball diamond, Hollier was a go-to option for the River Ridge passing game last season, catching 32 passes for an impressive 650 yards and 8 touchdowns. Any time he has the ball, he was a threat to score. He averaged an outstanding 20 yards per catch and played better and better as the season went along, scoring four total touchdowns in his final two games. He also went over the 100-yard mark three times last year. As good as he was as a junior, look for him to have an even bigger senior season in 2024.
