By far one of the top 2024 quarterbacks at our Prep Redzone Minnesota Showcase was St. Agnes QB [player_tooltip player_id='706024' first='Landen' last='Mickelson']. Landen was very impressive with his arm strength and showed it off persistently throughout Indy drills and 1v1 reps. Landen also has huge field vision and with his reads you can tell how wide his radius is as that shows out on tape as well. He was one of the most poised quarterbacks at our showcase in my eyes, as Landen plays in the pocket and outside with superb balance with his demeanor and body language. I also like the body type this young man has for the QB position going into the next-level as you can tell he is a workhorse in the weight room. 2024 steal that needs much more attention.

[player_tooltip player_id='1120538' first='George' last='Norsman'], TE, SMB (2025)

George was a tight end from SMB that intrigued me at our Prep Redzone Minnesota Showcase last Sunday. He showed off some impressive testing numbers showing off his change of direction and explosion in the pro agility (4.53) and broad jump (9'3) at 6'3+ 196 pounds. George impressed me later in 1v1 reps with the length his catch radius showed off as George reads to me as a TE prospect that can rise in stock in the weight room this offseason. His tape reads very raw at the moment, but the upside he has shows off as a 2025 TE with plenty of upside to grow between now and the 2024 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1048735' first='Deagan' last='Gondeck'], DB, Sauk Rapids-Rice (2025) Twitter

Another prospect out Sauk Rapids-Rice on my radar that showed off his skillsets was 2025 DB [player_tooltip player_id='1048735' first='Deagan' last='Gondeck']. Deagan showed off in all of his reps how well-versed he is by playing downhill to stop the run as that downhill presence he had showed off fluidly in Brooklyn Park. I also liked the heck out of his instinct he showed with his athletic movement on every rep I watched as it's clear this kid is loaded from a football IQ perspective. Deagan also is also a defensive back that can play from sideline to sideline as his range he shows off with the run and pass shows off a churning motor of high fluidity that is loaded with stamina. Deagan is 100% a prospect you go outside the measurables threshold for and certainly reads as a next-level prospect in my eyes.

[player_tooltip player_id='1120566' first='Miles' last='Tesch'], WR, Rochester Century (2026) Twitter

What I love most about a camp or showcase setting, is how quickly it can get a prospect on your radar by just one splash play, which was the case with Rochester Century 2026 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1120566' first='Miles' last='Tesch']. Miles showed off excellent determination in the reps I watched him showed off a reactive trigger with a high level of adrenaline to make a great high-traffic catch on an intermediate route and later showed off his route-running ability with his twitch on a shorter routes. Miles is a 2026 prospect to track over the coming years out of Rochester.

[player_tooltip player_id='1070894' first='Levi' last='Audette'], QB, Champlin Park (2027) Twitter

One of the youngest quarterbacks I had the chance to evaluate that showed off the promise as an underclassmen was Champlin Park QB [player_tooltip player_id='1070894' first='Levi' last='Audette']. Levi showed off an eye-catching quick release from the reps I watched out of him last Sunday. Not only did he show off that release, I could gauge the growing polish of this youngsters football IQ. He has some development with growing his throwing mechanics, but Levi is certainly a 2027 QB I will be tracking over the coming years in the NW Metro.
