The future Ohio University Bobcat helped the Pickerington North Panthers to an 11-win season where they averaged 31.8 points per game and advanced to the 3rd round of the playoffs. He lines up inline. He is quick off the LOS and shows good football intelligence as he reads the coverage and finds the soft spot in the zone. He displays excellent hands as he possesses an elite catch radius that enables him to catch the ball with his hands fully extended from his body. When run blocking, he is quick out of his stance and uses his very good play strength and use of hands as he drives his man several yards off the ball. he exhibits great physical toughness as he finishes the block to the ground for a pancake. In pass pro, he plays with a good, wide base and keeps his feet moving. He plays as a MLB. Against the pass, he quickly keys and diagnoses the play and exhibits excellent closing speed as he penetrates the LOS and finishes up with a sack. Against the run, he times the snap very well and uses his excellent quickness to penetrate the LOS. He lines up at both outside WR positions as well as in the slot. He is quick off the LOS and uses his good play speed to get behind the CB on go routes. He tracks the ball well in the air and adjusts his body to the ball before making an impressive catch. He plays with a good motor in pursuit and forces the QB to pass the ball earlier than anticipated leading to an incomplete pass.
