Week 11 gave us several exciting games with some impressive individual performances. While it was hard to pick from all of the strong performances from this past weekend, here are my top offensive performances in the state of Kentucky from Week 11.
Dwaylon Dean Dwaylon Dean RB West Carter | 2025 State KY
Dwaylon Dean Dwaylon Dean RB West Carter | 2025 State KY
For the second consecutive week, Dwaylon Dean Dwaylon Dean RB West Carter | 2025 State KY finds himself on my top performers list. The junior running back put on quite a show in West Carter’s win over Rowan County, finishing the game with 32 carries for 393 yards and six touchdowns. Dean has impressive vision which he uses to find the running lane quickly then hits it with a sense of urgency. Once he hits the open field, Dean has shown the speed and elusiveness to break off on long runs at any given moment. Dean doesn’t currently hold any offers but he is a player to keep a close eye on over the next couple seasons.
Isaiah Adkins
Isaiah Adkins
Isaiah Adkins is another running back that stood out to me this past week. He played a key role in his team’s win over Knott County Central, running the ball 24 times for 363 yards and seven touchdowns. Adkins has impressive speed which he uses to burst through the running lane and simply run away from the defense. He has also shown the ability to make defenders miss in the open field. Adkins also played a role on defense, finishing the game with six tackles and one tackle for loss. Isaiah doesn’t currently hold any offers but deserves some attention from college coaches as he has the talent to play somewhere at the next level.
Kade Goodin Kade Goodin 6’2″ | 170 lbs | QB Collins | 2027 State KY is a player that has been very impressive in his first year of high school football and continued to impress this past week. Despite his team’s close loss to Great Crossing, Goodin still put together another impressive performance. As a passer, Goodin completed 25/46 passes for 358 yards and three touchdowns. He showed an impressive ability to escape pressure while keeping his eyes down the field to make tough throws on the run. Goodin also showed off his strong arm which he used to stretch the field in the deep passing game. Kade also continued to showcase his true dual-threat ability, finishing the game with 23 carries for 153 yards and two touchdowns. Goodin currently holds an offer from Eastern Kentucky and I expect more to come his way as he continues to develop over the next few seasons.
Daniel Thomas Daniel Thomas 5’9″ | 180 lbs | ATH Bell County | 2024 State KY has had an incredible senior season and continued to impress this past week. He played a huge role in Bell County’s win over Harlan County, running the ball 18 times for 281 yards and four touchdowns. Thomas has explosive speed which he uses to burst through the running lane with a sense of urgency and simply run away from the defense. When defenders are able to catch up to him, Thomas has shown the elusiveness and contact balance to break tackles and make defenders miss in the open field. Brady is committed to Eastern Kentucky where I can see him developing into a key piece of their offense once he gets there.
