Lake Orion Defeats Saline 35-28

He played well defensively, making several nice tackles in this game. Rush is a very good athlete has become one of the key playmakers for this <strong>Saline </strong>football team this year. He has good hands and shows the ability to adjust to the ball. He did a good job of getting open in this game and was able to haul in some balls that were thrown very hard from <strong>Saline </strong>quarterback <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='77217' first='CJ' last='Carr']. </strong>Mesman has been a key playmaker for<strong> Saline</strong> for several years now. He has tremendous size for the position at 6-5. He is throwing the ball so well this year. You can tell he has a lot of confidence when he drops back to throw. Carr made a lot of plays in this game and his ability to scramble and extend plays was on full display. I love that Carr is not afraid to put some heat on his throws. He ran the offense very well and did an excellent job of taking care of the football. Hill plays with a lot of confidence and just like <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='77217' first='CJ' last='Carr']</strong>, he did everything he could to give his team a chance to win this game. He picked up some tough yards against a <strong>Saline </strong>defense that was very stout. Roberson changes direction very well and can really burst out of cuts. Roberson had multiple rushing touchdowns in this game, including one in the 3rd quarter that put them within 2 points of <strong>Saline. </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Jackson Vasquez | WR | 2025</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Vasquez played a key part in <strong>Lake Orion</strong> getting the victory in this game. He had several long runs on end-arounds that put his team in a position to score. He also had a key kick return that put his team in scoring position. Vasquez has excellent speed and can really accelerate and create long runs for his team. He is especially good at picking up yards in a hurry when he gets to the outside. His playmaking ability will be key to them having success in the playoffs. <br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
