Blair shows tremendous poise in the pocket and mobility to evade the rush while keeping his eyes downfield and staying patient through out his progressions. He also shows good throwing mechanics, a quick release and can fit the ball into tight windows downfield, while able to pinpoint on outbreaking and in-breaking routes. Bell also shows vision in space with cutback abilities, forces defenders to take poor angles and also displays short area twitch in the hole and has true home run speed in the clear.
