Perry jumped seven spots to be our new top ranked 2025 prospect in the state. At 6’2” 190 lbs. he’s an instinctual WR with a great combination of technique and natural ability. An advanced route runner that is creative both at the LOS in his release and in how separates. Does a great job mixing up his tempo and creating positional leverage to get open. Elite level ball skills and coordination to come down with tough contested receptions in traffic. Savvy ball carrier after the catch, has the speed and sustained second gear to run away from defenders but also flashes the contact balance to absorb contact and break tackles for extra yardage. Collected 18 offers thus far from many top P5 programs and is also a two time all American in lacrosse.
18 Offers: Arizona, Arizona State, Boston College, Colorado State, Hoston, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisville, UMass, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Oregon, San Diego State, UCLA, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Ole Miss, Cal

Thomas comes in as the top ranked 2025 DB in the state and the #2 overall prospect. At 6’1” 170 lbs. he’s got great positional versatility to play all positions in the secondary. Impressed by his natural coverage ability and instincts. He’s got good eye discipline to diagnose and anticipates well to recognize routes and quickly jump them to make a play on the ball. Shows good initial quickness and pad level as he gains depth on the snap and is explosive coming out of his break. His speed gives him great range and the ability to cover the whole field whether at safety or corner. He’s a physical DB that uses his hands well to create positional leverage and brings strong contact as a tackler. 12 offers thus far but is a national recruit that should see more high level offers come his way as the recruiting cycle progresses.
12 Offers: Notre Dame, Oregon, Wisconsin, Arizona, Arizona State, Boston College, Cal, Colorado State, Nevada, Purdue, San Diego State, UNLV

Powell maintains his #1 offensive lineman spot and jumps a few places in the overall rankings to #3 from #7. Checks all the boxes you’re looking for in major D1 OT with his combination of size, length, athleticism, and growth potential. At 6’5” 285 lbs. he’s an plus athlete with great natural movement skills and bend. He’s a finisher that is strong at the POA with great leverage, leg drive, and hip explosion through contact. Love his contact balance and how he’s always under control, rare to see him outside his framework and off balance. Effective blocker in space, shows he can take good angles and break down when working to the perimeter and the second level. All of his 11 offers are from Power 5 programs with many more on the way.
11 Offers: Arizona, Arizona State, Boston College, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Oregon, Purdue, TCU, Tennessee, USC, Wisconsin

Hinton checks in at #4 overall in the updated PRZ state rankings. At 5’11” 175 he’s an explosive athlete that can be a gamechanger in all three phases. As a sophomore, he played more WR but projects as CB at the major D1 level. Flashes elite level game speed, change of direction, and acceleration. He’s got quick feet with good lateral agility to match movement at the short and intermediate levels. Stays balanced and is smooth in the hips to seamlessly transition out of his backpedal to turn and run with vertical routes. Love his ability to recover and get to top speed within a few strides. Plus ball skills, can track and adjust to ball flight to make a plays at the catch point. Forced to miss some games this season but is still one of the top 2025 prospects in the state with 13 offers, 11 of them being Power 5.

5.
Exceptional athlete with elite level speed. 6’0” 185 lbs. with a 10.7 100M time. Can stretch the field and beat defenders with speed alone but also shows good technical route running at the short and intermediate levels. Love his drive phase and burst off the ball, eats up DB’s cushion in a hurry forcing them to transition and flip their hips. Smooth in and out of his breaks, does a great job dropping his hip level to change directions and accelerate out to create separation. Dangerous after the catch once he finds space, can use his short area quickness to cut around defenders and then breaks away with his long speed. Holds 11 offers but his recruiting stock is quickly rising and wouldn’t be surprised to see him keep climbing the PRZ player rankings.
11 Offers: Arizona, Michigan, Louisville, Ole Miss, Wisconsin, Washington, UCLA, Kansas, Purdue, Colorado State, Arizona State
