I am listing the players who’s stat line stood out, who people recommended, and players who either I watched live or was able to watch highlights from their specific game. For the best chance to be featured, send me your weekly film on twitter. My handle is “@DevinRecord”, please don’t have any hard feelings if you weren’t included.
Gio has been on a TEAR to start his senior season. He may be a bit undersized standing at 5’8″ but he makes up for it with his incredible natural talent. To me, he’s a top 5 WR in his class and should have offers from big time programs. He creates space well and rarely drops the ball. During week 3 he had 9 catches for 167 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Maruis has had an incredible start to this season. He was featured last week and I had to feature him again. Him and his brother, Damian, have such a strong connection on and off the field. They are an impressive duo and have arguably been the best QB-WR combo in the entire state. During his week performance, Marius had 9 catches for a whopping 220 yards and 3 touchdowns. A college program will be getting VERY lucky landing Marius.
Joe is a do it all player for Seton Catholic. He lines up all over the field on both sides of the ball and makes impactful plays each and every week. He’s quick in the open field and has great hands as a wide receiver. Joe is reliable and a great playmaker, he’s going to have a big season this year and next year during his senior year. College coaches should have him on their radars now. During week 3, Joe had 6 receptions for 205 yards and 4 touchdowns. He also racked up 22 rushing yards with another touchdown on the ground.
Highlights
Dante is just a sophomore but has showed the abilities to be an elite wide receiver in the state. He has great speed, runs great routes, and moves well in the open field, if he breaks the initial tackle. He is consistent catching the ball and does a fantastic job at creating enough space for him to secure the ball. During Kennedy Catholic’s week 3 game, Saladino caught 8 catches for 91 yards and 2 touchdowns. He’s a player who is going to keep getting better and better each week.
Malachi has huge weeks every single week. He’s a player who could be included each and every week due to his performances. He’s a big time talent, headed to Oregon State next season to play at the next level. He has a great connection with his QB, Daveon Superales Daveon Superales 5’11” | 175 lbs | QB Graham-Kapowsin | 2024 State WA , and the two of them have built their connection quickly. Durant has insane speed, being able to outrun anyone on the field when he sees green grass. During his week 3 game, he had 7 catches for 124 yards and 3 touchdowns. He is going to help lead Graham-Kapowsin deep in the playoffs this season.
