Second on that long list is [player_tooltip player_id='399297' first='Ryan' last='Puglisi'], who happens to land one spot behind Reno on our ranks. Deciding between the two from afar is like splitting hairs. Some might like Puglisi, the Georgia-commit presenting a slightly better frame. I still haven't come across a passer more fluid with the football. Effortless release, a compact, seasoned pre-snap base that makes everything post-throw look exemplary. Incredible depth perception, incredible ball placement, and downfield judgment. Puglisi and Kyle McCord are the only QBs I've held to this standard.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64f79875ccd18"} /-->

https://twitter.com/dantereno10/status/1671936335123185664?s=20

https://twitter.com/_BrettElliott_/status/1671268867476271104?s=20

https://twitter.com/PRZPAvic/status/1699200665652732306?s=20

https://twitter.com/_21keke/status/1672674648620670976?s=20
