DB [player_tooltip player_id='1023451' first='Drew' last='Robinson'] (Moeller) 6'3 185- Drew started his high school as a quarterback. As a senior he transitioned to safety on defense. His movement skills are on point. He has the speed to run with top receivers. He mirrors very well and makes great breaks on the ball. He takes great routes to the ball and when the ball is in the air he does a great job of jumping the route and intercepting the ball. He has 5 interceptions in 7 games and we're not talking about really bad throws or decision making by the quarterback, these are great plays by Robinson. Drew is comfortable in both man and zone coverage. I really think he's versatile enough that he could play single high safety as he has both the range, awareness, and ball skills to play it. In the run game he's a sure tackler who you can count on in the last line of defense. Though he's a late bloomer it's my opinion that Drew can play at the division 1 level.

QB [player_tooltip player_id='287573' first='Bailey' last='Thacker'] (Ironton) 6'4 210- At 6'4 210 pounds, Thacker, has the prototypical size of a division 1 pocket passer. For his size he's elusive in the pocket and runs well when he's flushed. As a thrower is where he shines. The fade, the post, the seam, Thacker has the arm talent to make all of the throws. He doesn't just stretch the field vertically; he can make the underneath throws. Bailey throws a nice slant ball and can throw outside the hashes. He feels pressure well and has the feet to maneuver the pocket. You look at his film and it's really surprising that he's not garnering D1 interests. With a strong finish in his senior season. I'll be interested to see if he can build some recruiting momentum that leads to offers.

WR [player_tooltip player_id='1024070' first='Issaiah' last='Ramsey'] (Shelby) 6'3 190- Ramsey is a big target on the outside of the Whippets offense. He's used both as a field stretcher and in the short game. Issaiah is a smooth route runner who uses subtle breaks to create separation. When the ball is in the air he does a good job of using his length and timing to high point and win 50-50 balls. Issaiah also is a play maker on defense as a defensive back. I like Ramsey to the D3 or D2 levels.

QB [player_tooltip player_id='410370' first='Cahke'' last='Cortner'] (Northmont) 6'0 185- Cahke or "Deuce" as he more commonly goes by, is in his 3rd season as starting quarterback for the Thunderbolts. He began his high school career more as a threat to run the ball than throw it. His game has developed and evolved as he's gained reps and experience. As a senior he's leading the GWOC conference in passing yards (1,631) and touchdowns (20). His completion percentage is over 60% mark on the season. He's shown the ability to make throws from the pocket and on the move. He has several touchdowns throws where he drops the ball in the bucket. He really likes to stretch the field vertically. When the play breaks down Deuce is a dynamic playmaker, he explosive and can start and stop on a dime. He's good at feeling the rush and scrambling. Once he scrambles, he's not immediately looking to run, he does a good job of keeping his eyes downfield and looking for targets. Cortner also plays defensive back where he shows his athleticism on that side of the ball. Cortner is drawing D1 FCS and D2 attention.

LB [player_tooltip player_id='697278' first='Kash' last='Mallory'] (Mount Healthy) 6'0 210- Mallory is the man in the middle of a talented Owls defense. Mallory's strong suit comes in the run game. He plays the game on a downward plane. Whether it's filling run fits or blitzing Mallory is explosive in getting to the ball. He has tallied 60 tackles on the season. Kash is physical at the point of attack when taking on blockers. Even though he's explosive and downhill, Mallory remains gap sound and takes care of his defensive responsibilities. In the pass game he does a good job of getting depth when needed and playing in space. Mallory has P5 offers from Boston College and Duke and a few G5's

DB Drew Robinson Drew Robinson Drew Robinson 6'3" | 185 lbs | DB Moeller | 2024 State OH (Moeller) 6'3 185- Drew started his high school as a quarterback.
