[player_tooltip player_id='760023' first='Devin' last='Walker'] - Olympic

Coming off a huge season where he rushed for 1,380 yards and 13 touchdowns, this Class of 2025 prospect will be a big part of the Trojans' attack once again. At 5'7 and 180 pounds he is known for great vision on interior runs and running behind his pads with great power. He always keeps his feet moving and can push through defenders to pick up extra yardage. He is working hard on developing his receiving skills to be a true 3-down back to add to his skill set. With running backs, recruiting is a little more of an arduous process, but I have no doubt once his senior year comes around he will be on a number of recruiting boards for sure.

AJ Jenkins - Harding

This season, AJ will play a ton of positions for the Rams - Quarterback, Wide Receiver, Cornerback, Safety, Kick Returner, Punt Returner, and he probably will hold on kicks if necessary. A true athlete if there ever was one. But, the main thing the Rams will do is get the ball in his hands, as they did in their recent scrimmage game against rival Berry. Expect him to be heavy in the run game both as a QB and RB in this offense. Standing at 6'0 and 175 pounds, he is a Class of 2024 prospect who has two offers currently, from Fayetteville State and Johnson C. Smith. He can be a steal for a school that sees his talent and can have him truly focus on one position at the next level.

Braylon Vinson - Chambers

At 5'11 and 180 pounds, Braylon is a Class of 2024 prospect. He currently holds an offer from Charlotte, but after seeing some of his runs from a recent scrimmage against South Pointe, he should have some more recruiting attention coming his way sooner than later. He is a hard runner with great vision to cut and set up 2nd and 3rd-level blocks, with the speed to take it the distance in the open field. An all-conference selection last season, he will be a major piece of the Chambers' offense as they transition to a new quarterback and a new play caller in Offensive Coordinator Fecil Blango.

Scottie Cooper - West Charlotte

At 5'8 and 170 pounds, the thing I really like about Cooper is his explosive speed in the open field with the ball in his hands. Once he breaks the 2nd level of the defense, he simply is not going to get caught from behind. He has good vision, especially on power plays and inside zone types of plays. He sets up blocks well and makes quick, effective cuts off of those blocks. Cooper also is an athletic player on defense, playing some linebacker in passing situations, and uses his speed as an effective blitzer in special situations. Cooper is a Class of 2024 prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='905224' first='Jycen' last='Anciso'] - Hough

There are a number of guys that can touch the ball in the Huskies' backfield, but Anciso at 6'0 and 200 pounds figures to be a consistent key piece of the running attack this season. A Class of 2025 prospect, the thing I like about him is the fact he just runs hard and is difficult to bring down with one tackler. He shows an ability to run through tackles, as well as a skill of catching the ball out of the backfield, increasing his value to the team in passing situations. He has the ability to make big plays once he is in the open field with good speed to run away from defenders as well.
