Continue ReadingButler recently landed his 12th offer from University of Penn, making it his second Ivy League offer. Butler is a very versatile player, he’s a playmaker in pass defense, sheds blocks well in the screen game, and flies around on special teams. He does a good job of playing the ball in the air and demonstrates tight man coverage. This season Butler could see the field more as a senior veteran, don’t be surprised if he gains another handful over this fall.
Hess the OL/DL stud out of Fort Hill made his verbal commitment to Fordham University. Hess blends into the DL room when comparing his size and his strength and power may give him the opportunity to see the field sooner than later for the rams. His talent jumps off the screen, and with his increase in size and strength over the past two seasons be on the lookout for a few more offers to come rolling in. Hess has been a big part of Fort Hills championship and playoffs runs over his high school career, expect nothing less his last season as a Sentinel.
Highlights
This all-conference speedster verbally committed to Merrimack college where he will join 8 other MD/DC players in the DB room. Camren’s speed is the plus in his play but his ball skills and read and react ability are just as dangerous. He turns those fast breaks on the ball into interceptions and big plays. He led DC in interceptions last season, we’re excited to see how he performs during his senior year.
Last month Hunte landed his first D1 offer from Davidson University. Just a few hours ago he made his verbal commitment to the Wildcats. Hunte is an athletic DT with a high motor. He makes plays around the LOS and chases down plays in the second level as well as outside the hashes. Hunte will be part of big piece of the most dominant defense in the state where good DL play is a high priority. Hunte does the dirty work in the trenches, standing up his blocker and making a jam in the heart of the offense.
Costner recently landed 2 new power 5 offers from Penn State and UVA. He’s a big play machine in the class of ’25 and with plenty of football left to play, I’m sure he’ll accumulate another handful of power five attention. Costner is just as dangerous defensively as he is offensively; when the ball is in the air, he can turn it into a touchdown. He’s starting to show dominance whenever he’s on the field, offense, defense, and special teams.
