The MICDS Rams graduated a lot of talent from last year's team, including multiple future college players and veterans of the program over the last four years. They do return a few of the standouts from last year who are also college prospects, and will be reloading with some nice up and coming underclassmen.

Junior QB Brian Gould (5'11" 180) returns to run the offense after throwing for 1,194 yards and 10 touchdowns, while completing 57% of his passes as a sophomore. Brian hopes his experience and offseason work help him improve on those numbers in 2023. Freshman Noah Mennke is a talented young quarterback in his own right and may see some time on varsity this year.

At running back, junior [player_tooltip player_id='285158' first='Cameron' last='Cooper'] (6'0" 200) has seen some varsity action the past two years, and looks to be ready to step up his role this season. Cooper is a talented multi-sport athlete. Sophomores Mikey Gutchewsky and Rodney Freeman each had a handful of carries in 2022 and will be in the mix. Freshman [player_tooltip player_id='1131038' first='Justin' last='Bishop'] is called a "special player", by head coach Fred Bouchard, and is likely to see some action this year.

At receiver, sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='402116' first='Graham' last='Faust'] (6'3" 180) is the leading returner with 8 catches for 122 yards and a touchdown. Fellow sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='849704' first='Gabe' last='Weaver'] (6'3" 175) also had a handful of catches and a touchdown as a freshman. Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='849684' first='Henry' last='Rohan'] is one of the fastest players on the team and a tremendous overall athlete. Junior Luke Koman is also expected to play. Senior TE Tyler Tschudy (6'6" 215) had 7 grabs last year and has experience over the past few years.

Heavily recruited prospect [player_tooltip player_id='285086' first='Davis' last='Schukar'] (6'4" 260) is back to lead the offensive line for his senior season. Schukar has double digit offers and brings some great experience, ability and leadership back. Sophomore OG [player_tooltip player_id='849685' first='Miles' last='Coleman'] (6'1" 290) is also back after starting as a freshman and was impressive with his play. Seniors Walker Graves and Alex Kellner will join them along the OL. Sophomore Sam Glasser (6'2" 264) is a rising OL talent who will likely see time, and freshman Weston Roller is an impressive freshman to watch for in the future.

Junior big-time DL prospect [player_tooltip player_id='215751' first='Lucas' last='Allgeyer'] (6'6" 265) will lead the defensive line after an outstanding 2022 season, where he had 89 tackles, 8 sacks and 2 fumble recoveries, which D1 colleges took notice of, and started extending offers to him. He's a very athletic and explosive defensive lineman. Tyler Tschudy will also play DE besides his tight end position. Sophomore Ben Peterson (6'3" 240) is another athletic defensive lineman for the Rams, who looks like he is ready for a breakout season.

Kent State commit [player_tooltip player_id='130198' first='Carter' last='Enyard'] (6'2" 215) will bring his 67 tackles and 7 sacks back to lead the linebacker crew as a senior. The talented Enyard will also play tight end on offense for the Rams. Senior Mike Larkin, and athletic junior [player_tooltip player_id='957344' first='Peyton' last='Simon'] return after seeing action in 2022 at linebacker.

Senior Willy Carpenter (5'10" 175) had 84 tackles, 4 fumble recoveries and a pick for the Rams in 2022 and returns to their defensive backfield to lead it. Fellow seniors Jeremiah Clay (5'11" 170), who contributed 22 tackles in his playing time last season, and Zach Schmitz will join Carpenter. Sophomores Pete O'Leary and [player_tooltip player_id='849684' first='Henry' last='Rohan'] were also mentioned among those who should contribute.

The MICDS Rams graduated a lot of talent from last year's team, including multiple future college players and veterans of the program over the last four years. They do return a few of the standouts from last year who are also college prospects, and will be reloading with some nice up and coming underclassmen.
