[player_tooltip player_id='179185' first='Corey' last='Simms'] | CBC |
The elite caliber WR prospect was his usual self and basically uncoverable in scrimmage action. Not much more can be said about his talents. His speed is elite and at 6'3" 195 he is a match-up nightmare for opposing DBs. Corey has continued to improve his route running and really put the work in on skills in the off season. Look for him to become a national recruit on the same level of some recent receivers from the St. Louis area in recent.

[player_tooltip player_id='126260' first='Cole' last='McKey'] | CBC |
The veteran single-caller looked in mid-season form leading the offense. Cole has all the skills you want in a quarterback. Makes good reads, can make all the throws, is accurate and limits his mistakes while being a great leader. He is a worker and has honed his skills for years. It's no surprise he was recently name one of the Cadets captains for the 2023 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1124869' first='Nathan' last='Hatcher'] | De Smet |
Nathan continued to show me that he is poised to have a breakout season for his Spartans. He's quick, has good speed and really knows how to get open and make difficult grabs. He's a smart player and understands his position well and utilizes it to his advantage. I look forward to seeing how his season unforlds.

[player_tooltip player_id='1112565' first='Titan' last='Davis'] | De Smet |
The former QB did a nice job as a freshman playing DE for the Spartans. He really looks the part and ready to be on the rise as a player in 2023. He's 6'5" 235 with a good motor and is athletic. Titan is still learning his craft at defensive end but is on the path to become a college prospect as he continues to progress. The class of 2026 prospect on the rise got after it at camp and was a problem that offensives had to pay attention to with his play.

Derrick Warren | Francis Howell North |
The 6'0" 190 senior-to-be Warren had a very good camp and looked like he will have a very productive season. Last year the powerful runner was the second leading rusher for the Knights. Derrick looks like the man who will get to carry the rock the majority of the time.

[player_tooltip player_id='1233954' first='Blake' last='Ashby'] | Eureka |
The class of 2025 LB/TE stood out at both positions during the camp. Blake surprised with his ability to find space, get open and make tough catches at tight-end. He was equally impressive at linebacker and showed himself to be a playmaker on both sides for the Wildcats heading into the 2023 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1124843' first='Cameron' last='Cason'] | Francis Howell |
The 6'0" 2025 receiver Cason also had a terrific camp and was tough for opposing defensive backs to cover as I saw him make multiple big catches and score multiple touchdowns. Cameron caught my attention playing defensive back last season for the championship Vikings. I could see that he had impressive speed, balls skills and athleticism from his DB spot. Now he really came on at the Euerka camp and has a chance to make an impact on offense teaming up with with some of the other outstanding skill player they return.

OTHERS WHO STOOD OUT

[player_tooltip player_id='274886' first='Luke' last='Meyer'] QB/LB Pacific - Luke played mostly linebacker at camp and did a great job. He is also a very talented QB.

Nathan Knaff OL/DL Pacific - The 6'3" Knaff is one of the underrated linemen in the state. He did a great job playing on both sides on the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='321988' first='Logan' last='Scrivner'] OL Francis Howell - College caliber OL prospect looked in his best shape heading into his senior year. He had a dominant performance.

[player_tooltip player_id='1130985' first='Jack' last='Brown'] TE/DE Francis Howell - Brown is one of the top freshman I have seen this summer. He looks like he'll start definitely on offense and possibly defense in time.

[player_tooltip player_id='849686' first='Kayden' last='Wood'] QB Vianney - One of the top freshman QBs last year continues to get better and had a great camp spinning the ball.
