helped lead CBC to a Class 6 State Championship this past season, completing 127/195 passes for 1,914 yards, 23 touchdowns, and five interceptions. He is a good decision maker as a quarterback, doing a great job of going through his progressions not and not making a lot of risky throws. McKey also has shown good ball placement in his passes, putting them where only his intended receiver has a chance to catch it. He also has a respectable arm, showing the ability to stretch the field in the deep passing game. Cole holds one offer from Calumet College but I expect more to come his way going into his senior year as he has the talent to play at the next level.

The third offensive player that stood out to me for CBC was junior quarterback

. McKey had a solid day before being pulled early in the blowout, completing 11/20 passes for 185 yards and a touchdown with zero interceptions. He was able to show solid decision making and accuracy on his short and intermediate passes, putting the ball where his receivers could catch it in stride. McKey also showed a decent arm with the ability to stretch the field, keeping the secondary on their toes at all times. Cole doesn’t currently hold any offers but I expect him to be a player that college coaches will be paying close attention to going into his senior season.

looked good as the starting quarterback for the Cadets. McKey showed some nice arm talent with the arm strength to stretch the field. He also put a nice amount of touch on his passes, leading his receivers down the field and placing the ball where only they could get to it. When under pressure, McKey showed the ability to tuck the ball and pick up yards as a ball carrier. Cole doesn’t currently hold any offers but he should be a name to watch over the next two years as he has the potential to be a solid college quarterback.
