<p>I was on the sideline on Friday night for the matchup between two ranked teams. The epic battle featured two of the top 2025 quarterback prospects. Rolesville stood up to the challenge and edged Butler, 21 - 19 for the statement win. The standouts listed caught my attention with their performances on the field.</p>

He displayed good arm strength on the short and medium range throws. He displayed good ball velocity and laser accuracy on the corner throws to the receivers in traffic. Braden did a good job of tucking it and running to gain yards to avoid being sacked. Braden's field performance solidified himself as one of the top 2025 QB prospects.</p>

He displayed the ability to explode into an opening and accelerated past defenders on his way to the endzone. He does not go down after initial contact is made, continues to fall forward for additional yardage.</p>

They quickness and upper body strength to drive-block defenders out of the play. The offensive line displayed solid bases while protecting the quarterback on passing plays. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='287829' first='Gavin' last='Marks']</strong> is the anchor of one of the best offensive lines in the state.</p>

He displayed concentration and sure hands while making catches in traffic. He displayed speed to accelerate past defenders for big gains after the catch. Adrian had an impressive performance, winning most of the one-on-one matchups.</p>

He appeared to panic and delivered several throws which were intercepted throughout the game. He did display good arm strength on some of his short-range throws. Zach is expected to reset as he prepares for a better field performance in the upcoming Week 2 game.</p>

The offensive line did a good job maintaining contact with defenders on the running plays.</p>

He displayed good balance and power while running inside to gain yardage. He displayed good vision and speed to accelerate past defenders into the endzone on one play. Jayden displayed the ability to run inside and the speed to turn the corner and run outside for yardage.</p>
