Breakout Candidates of the OAA Blue

In the grand scope of the OAA conference, the White serves as a home for a few great D2 teams with a couple of D1 teams looking to take that next step. Today, I'll be headlining four breakout candidates in the OAA White! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">T | [player_tooltip player_id='899503' first='Lucas' last='Tic'] | Troy | <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/16120683/Lucas-Tic/about">Hudl</a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lucas is heading into the 2023 season, having undergone an impressive offseason. The bulk of his work has been in the weight room, as Lucas posts his lifting feats often. In fact, he just broke the school record for hang clean (265). Last season, I thought he did alright at Quarterback. This latest offseason, he seems to have worked hard on his craft and is ready to showcase his improved skills. I know that Noah is an above-average athlete for a QB, and he's really trending up. This is a raw 2026 prospect with a lot of promising traits. He isn't the greatest athlete, fastest, etc, but he shows plays with great IQ, and he isn't afraid to go attack the ball carrier. I could easily see a future where Cainan is one of the best LBs in the entire OAA- he just has to go earn it! He's switching from his typical SB role to being more of a typical RB this season, and I think that'll help with recruiting. All offseason, Sean has demonstrated that he's one of the better athletes in the 2024 RB class.
