<p>Week three saw some of the state's top teams show out with big performances. We had a few teams move up the rankings and some new additions to our 6A top 10.</p>

<li><strong>Corner Canyon Chargers </strong></li>

<p>The Chargers improved to 2-1 after beating Lone Peak 51-36. Corner Canyon has the state's highest-scoring offense through three games, and they scored two touchdowns in the first, second, and fourth quarters. [player_tooltip player_id='572405' first='Tate' last='Kjar'] had another big game as the Chargers continued to look stout. The Chargers will be tough to topple with [player_tooltip player_id='406961' first='Kash' last='Dillion'] back.</p>

<p><strong>2. Skyridge Falcons </strong></p>

<p>The Falcons are 3-0 after thrashing Farmington 55-17. Skyridge has scored over 45 points in back-to-back games and held all their opponents under 25. [player_tooltip player_id='406973' first='Jackson' last='Stevens'] led the Falcons offense to 41 points in the second and third quarter combined. Defensively [player_tooltip player_id='406974' first='Ian' last='Mariner'] led Skyridge with two sacks and slowed the Phoenix offense all game long.</p>

<p><strong>3. American Fork Caveman </strong></p>

<p>The Cavemen faced a tough task when they traveled to West to take on the Panthers. American Fork consistently moved the ball and finished drives all game long while their defense limited West to just seven second-half points in the 45-21 win. Dylan Story was dialed in, delivering four touchdowns and throwing for over 300 yards to help American Fork move to 3-0.</p>

<p><strong>4. Syracuse Titans </strong></p>

<p>The Titans wasted no time imposing their will on the Mustangs in their 21-10 week three win. The Syracuse offense found the end zone on the first drive of the game, and the Titans defense had a pick-six and fumble return for a touchdown in the first half. Carter Child led the Syracuse defense in tackles and to a 3-0 start.</p>

<p><strong>5. Lehi Pioneers </strong></p>

<p>The Pioneers traveled out to Rigby, Idaho, to take on the Trojans and emerged victorious in dominant fashion 45-13. Tryson Greenwood had a big game on the outside, where he had 113 yards and a touchdown on just two catches. Defensively, [player_tooltip player_id='1303110' first='Ezaiah' last='Mama'] led Lehi in tackles as the Pioneers now sit at 3-0.</p>

<p><strong>6. Mountain Ridge Sentinels </strong></p>

<p>The Sentinels had their best performance of the season in their 62-14 win against West Jordan. [player_tooltip player_id='1149955' first='Wyatt' last='Bingham'] had over 370 yards passing and four total touchdowns. Defensive back Cameron Wood came up big with nine tackles on defense as helped Mountain Ridge stay perfect in 2023</p>

<p><strong>7. Pleasant Grove Vikings </strong></p>

<p>The Vikings notched an impressive third straight win as they defeated Granger 44-21. They have allowed fewer than 40 points on the season and scored more than 40 in back-to-back games. Bronco Winterton and Kael McCoy brought in touchdown passes from [player_tooltip player_id='698541' first='Carson' last='Rasmussen'] in the week three win.</p>

<p><strong>8. Davis Darts</strong></p>

<p>The Darts are starting to round into form, and teams across the state should look out. Davis decimated Clearfield 55-0 and now sits 2-1 on the season. [player_tooltip player_id='1207639' first='Tradon' last='Bessinger'] had four touchdowns, with [player_tooltip player_id='438731' first='Bode' last='Sparrow'] bringing in three of them. Crew Cummingham and [player_tooltip player_id='717882' first='Ami' last='Moala'] both returned touchdowns to help Davis get a win vs. the Falcons.</p>

<p><strong>9. Lone Peak Knights</strong></p>

<p>The Knights may be 1-2, but those two losses have come to two of the state's best teams in Corner Canyon and Timpview. [player_tooltip player_id='573763' first='Brooks' last='Wilde'] had a strong outing against the Knights as he rushed for over 70 yards, while [player_tooltip player_id='951539' first='Trey' last='Robinson'] had three touchdowns in the third quarter alone against our top-ranked team in 6A.</p>

<p><strong>10. Copper Hills Grizzlies </strong></p>

<p>Copper Hills is 3-0, and they have gotten better in each game so far. The Grizzlies have given up less than 35 points in three games combined, and they have looked expectational on offense. In their 49-6 win against Cyprus, Kenny Banza and [player_tooltip player_id='681219' first='Nate' last='Kitchen'] each had over 100 yards rushing, while [player_tooltip player_id='705537' first='Ty' last='Cogswell'] had over 60 yards receiving. [player_tooltip player_id='681738' first='Triston' last='Hoggan'] and [player_tooltip player_id='460227' first='Donovan' last='Arnold'] both had over ten tackles while leading the defense.</p>
