With these impressive skills, he is bound to be one of the most promising prospects in the City League this season.
Taymir is a true ball hawk, consistently finding himself in the right positions to disrupt plays. Taymir’s speed allows him to effectively track speedy wide receivers during deep passes, ensuring he maintains advantageous positioning. As a bonafide athlete, Taymir shows great promise and versatility in general. Controlling his tempo, he pedals with good pad level, always ready to make a play. His footwork is strong, and he reacts swiftly on the defensive backend without stepping outside of his body frame. His football IQ allows him to trigger fast running the alley aggressively. His aggressiveness and physicality in tackling ball carriers in the open field are reliable attributes. His interception skills and a touchdown return on film showcase his ball skills. Taymir runs precise routes and transforms short passes into significant gains. His body control and reliable hands add to his offensive prowess, as evidenced by a long catch-and-run touchdown that displayed his top-end speed. Currently, Taymir holds two D2 offers from Wheeling and Clarion, but it is highly likely that more offers from PSAC schools will come his way as the recruitment process unfolds.
The senior defensive lineman at Westinghouse has received offers from several colleges, including Lock Haven, Wheeling, Notre Dame College, Glenville State, and Clarion. Shannon’s physicality and talent make him a key leader for the Bulldogs in the upcoming ’23 season. As a 3-tech, he showcases both agility and strength, enabling him to excel in various defensive line positions, including defensive end. Shannon impresses with his quick burst off the line of scrimmage, consistently disrupting the offensive backfield. His proficient use of hand techniques allows him to defeat blockers effectively at the point of attack. Despite his 6’2, 250 lbs frame, Shannon displays athleticism and body control in his movements. He exhibits the ability to change direction swiftly and redirect his path to pursue ball carriers during run plays. On the pass rush, Shannon’s speed off the ball poses a significant challenge for interior linemen. His constant motor is evident when he tracks down ball carriers from behind the action. This versatility along the defensive line makes him a valuable asset at the next level of play. With the guidance of a college strength program, Shannon has the potential to add weight and maintain his explosive abilities. This development will further elevate his performance on the field in college.
Penn is a 5’11, 185 lbs WR/DB prospect that exhibits FBS ability in various instances. Presently, Penn has an offer from D1 FBS Miami, Ohio Redhawks in the MAC. Lloyd has next-level explosion, firing off the ball from the wide receiver position. He has the speed that quickly eats up cushions and puts immediate stress on the safety when he’s lined up as the #3 WR in the slot. Penn runs crisp routes and is skilled at tracking the ball over his shoulder when the pass is in flight. His body control and footwork are also impressive, displaying the ability to tightrope the sideline on multiple receptions. Lloyd’s toughness is evident in the way he stock blocks, receives passes over the middle, and tackles on special teams. He’s a big deep threat that has reliable strong hands on his receptions. Michael Richardson Michael Richardson 6'3" | 200 lbs | DL Westinghouse | 2024 State PA
Richardson is yet another explosive athlete playing on the DL for Westinghouse. He is fast off the snap and is a problem for slow-footed OTs. He has good lean coming around the edge and quickly overwhelms opposing QBs when he provides pressure. Richardson uses his hands well, executing precise movements when dispatching OTs, getting after the Quarterback. He displays a lot of strength engaging and disengaging OL at the point of attack in run support or during pass rushes. He’s very athletic and above average at redirecting down the line of scrimmage, pursuing the ball. Michael also does a great job flipping his hips in unison with his hand violence when attacking the edge during his pass rushes. At 6’2, 200 lbs, Richardson is athletic and more than capable of playing DE or OLB collegiately, in my humble opinion. His speed and quickness will be beneficial on multiple special teams fronts as well. Richardson finished 2022 with 20 TFLs, 14 sacks, and 3 TDs. Michael displays the speed, physicality, and athleticism needed to play TE as well collegiately.
Robinson is yet another pass-rushing specialist returning for the Bulldogs. He was very productive in ’22, finishing the season with 10 sacks, 8 TFLs, and 32 tackles overall. He’s especially skilled at locking out the defender and disengaging quickly in pursuit of the ball carrier. The ’25 DE has the bulk, at 200 lbs, to dispatch OTs with hand violence and the height, at 6’1, to get into throwing lanes and bat down passes. Nyxai has good bend in his stance, which allows him to generate explosion at the snap. He plays with a low pad level and displays agility changing directions in run support. Robinson’s short-area quickness can be seen when he’s hawking ball carriers from behind in run pursuit consistently.
The Bulldogs are blessed with multiple versatile DE/LB-like bodies that are capable of playing in the interior or exterior positions along the DL.

Michael Harvey
Harvey has had a reliable presence on the OL for the Bulldogs. Harvey displays strength, drive, and down blocking in the run game. He plays with a low pad level at RG and has quick enough feet to be an effective pass blocker. At 5’10, 300 lbs, Mike will have to contain his body weight to have a chance at playing OG or Center collegiately. His game experience in the state runner-up campaign in ‘22 will help him tremendously on the field this year.
Mitchell is a tough, 2-way athlete that has valuable game experience under his belt. He is a tough RB that gives a good effort, regularly falling forward fighting for extra yards.
