It's never easy getting recruited at the 4A level, but he has received great coaching at Cascade led by the likes of former Oregon State product Mark Walsh.

Previous Analysis: Other than [player_tooltip player_id='291229' first='Sam' last='Keen'] of Marist, probably the top lineman in the state at the 4A level. Allen will project as a 1st team all-state selection but may be limited from a projection standpoint.

77.[player_tooltip player_id='278375' first='Malcolm' last='I'aulualo'] 6-3 265 OL Hood River

UPDATE: I'aulualo impresses with his overall versatility. It was just a few years ago that one of the NW's top O lineman Henry Buckles, came out of Hood River and committed to Oregon St, so there's always a shot.

Previous Analysis: Not a lot of people are aware with I'aulualo playing 5A ball out in the Gorge. He earned 1st team all-league honors as a sophomore and all state accolades as a junior on offense and defense.

78.[player_tooltip player_id='486002' first='DeShawn' last='Gilliam'] 6-1 170 DB South Albany

UPDATE: South Albany was one of 5A's surprise teams last year finishing (8-3) and losing in the state quarterfinals. Gilliam was a big reason for that success. They will need his leadership this season.

Previous Analysis: Gilliam made one of the biggest jumps of any player on this board. He earned 1st team all-league honors defensively and was one of the top return men in Oregon. He could very well be a Mid-Willamette Conference 1st team guy on O, D, and special teams in 2023.

79.[player_tooltip player_id='206870' first='Troy' last='Osborne'] 6-4 190 WR Grants Pass

UPDATE: The D1 baseball player is one of the top receivers in the state. He was key to GP's success last season.

Previous Analysis: If the Sacramento State baseball commit wanted to play football at the FCS level he could. Osborne will rank as one of the state's top receivers. He's just not as well-known playing down South.

80.[player_tooltip player_id='511297' first='Makani' last='Manuwai'] 6-0 250 DL South Medford

UPDATE: One of those athletes who could end up playing at a high level collegiately. He's somewhat undersized for the position but has legit strength and ability.

Previous Analysis: Manuwai was a big reason South had the season they did last year. He comes from a talented family and will return after a breakout 1st team all-conference season. He's undersized for the position but will combo nicely with 6-6 DE [player_tooltip player_id='152360' first='Gabe' last='Staszak'] on the defensive front.

81.[player_tooltip player_id='511298' first='Jonathan' last='Berrien Jr.'] 6-1 210 LB Mountainside

UPDATE: I could see Berrien making a big jump on the rankings board. He will project as a 1st team all-Metro kid with the frame and potential to significantly up his stock in the coming months.

Previous Analysis: Berrien Jr. will project as one of the top players in the Metro after earning 2nd team all-conference accolades last year. He's still somewhat of an unknown but has the potential of being one of the top OLB's in Oregon.

82.[player_tooltip player_id='511315' first='Grover' last='Melo'] 6-2 215 LB Central Catholic

UPDATE: One of Oregon's top LB's. Melo will have eyes on him as part of a Central Catholic team that could be one of the top ranked programs on the west coast.

Previous Analysis: Melo quietly had one of the best years of any junior LB in Oregon. He has great size and mobility, finishing with 38 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and 4 sacks. He will project as a 1st team all Mt Hood athlete next season.

83.[player_tooltip player_id='278407' first='Montral' last='Brazile Jr']. 5-9 160 ATH Jefferson

UPDATE: Brazile Jr. will be a conference POY candidate this coming season. He's undersized but just a super talented overall athlete.

Previous Analysis: The 2nd team all-conference DB is also one of the state's top wrestlers, showing off his overall versatility. As noted previously Brazile comes from an impressive family and should be a featured athlete in the PIL next season.

84.[player_tooltip player_id='893373' first='Eron' last='Harvey'] 6-2 185 CB Oregon City

UPDATE: Super intriguing overall athlete and one of the better hurdlers in Oregon, recently finishing 2nd in the state in the 300-meter hurdles. The Pio's should be able to use that speed on both sides of the ball.

85.[player_tooltip player_id='738766' first='Hayden' last='Weaver'] 6-3 220 DE Eagle Point

UPDATE: Most aren't aware of Weaver playing down South. That said as he has the potential of being one of the biggest sleepers statewide and one of the top d lineman in Oregon regardless of classification.

Previous Analysis: Definitely a leading candidate for conference POY honors defensively. Weaver was one of the only underclassmen statewide at the 5A level to earn 1st team accolades on both sides of the ball. He's got legit size coming off the edge from his DE spot.

86.[player_tooltip player_id='511302' first='Kallen' last='Gutridge'] 6-3 185 QB Wilsonville

UPDATE: The Wildcats will be the state's #1 ranked 5A team. Gutridge is a 2x state champ in hoops and what looks to be a basketball guy first.

Previous Analysis: The 2nd team all-state QB had a good year helping his team to the 5A state title game. On the season he passed for 31 TDs/8 INTs and over 2000 yards but struggled hitting on 49% of his passes. He impresses with overall athleticism (basketball).

87.[player_tooltip player_id='893372' first='Isaiah' last='Mosley'] 6-3 200 ATH Dallas

UPDATE: The all-conference WR had multiple 100+ yard rushing games as a wildcat QB and will likely get the ball often this coming season. Watch his film and you see a phenomenal overall athlete who could be a conference and state statistical leader.

88.[player_tooltip player_id='152348' first='King' last='Luafutu'] 5-11 190 LB Century

UPDATE: King has had an outstanding career for a below average 6A team. This will be a big year for him, especially if he can garner 1st team all-conference and/or Player of the Year recognition.

Previous Analysis: Luafutu will go down as one of the best defensive players ever to come out of Century. He's somewhat undersized for the position but plays with his hair on fire, accounting for 128 total tackles and 9 tackles for loss over the last two seasons.

89.[player_tooltip player_id='278373' first='Patrick' last='Wooley'] 6-5 350 DT Liberty

UPDATE: Wooley obviously has the size. It will come down to film and what type of agility he can show.

Previous Analysis: Wooley earned 1st team all-conference honors as a sophomore and is a great overall leader and kid. From a mobility standpoint we will see how he fares this coming season.

90.[player_tooltip player_id='893367' first='Kyron' last='Dodds'] 6-5 255 C Dallas

UPDATE: Dodds returns after starting every game last season with 100% snap accuracy. His size and overall athletic ability at the position are unique. With continued progression he has a real shot collegiately.

91.[player_tooltip player_id='511300' first='Houstyn' last='Lee-Perry'] 6-1 210 LB Liberty

UPDATE: One of the state's top wrestlers (4th place- 195 pounds) and overall athletes. He will be listed among the top defensive players in Oregon.

Previous Analysis: Lee-Perry had an outstanding year himself, racking up Co-D lineman of the year honors in the Pacific. The 3-sport athlete played out of position on the line, while projecting as more of an outside backer.

92.[player_tooltip player_id='278392' first='Trevor' last='O'leary'] 6-0 185 DB Glencoe

UPDATE: I could see O'Leary being the Pacific Conference POY if Glencoe has a decent season. There isn't much he didn't do on either side of the ball.

Previous Analysis: Just to put his overall athleticism into perspective, O'Leary went for over 1000 yards rushing, averaging 6 yards per carry on the season from his QB spot. This had him ranked 5th in Oregon among all at the 6A level in rushing. I like him as a DB at the next level.

93.[player_tooltip player_id='152362' first='Ethan' last='Burkhead'] 5-11 165 ATH Thurston

UPDATE: Look for Burkhead to make the move to RB this season as the Colts will be able to use his speed and athleticism out of the backfield. If he can finally stay healthy the sky's the limit.

94.[player_tooltip player_id='524065' first='Kiva' last='Jackson'] 6-1 185 DB Roosevelt

UPDATE: With [player_tooltip player_id='279169' first='Dexter' last='Foster'] making the move to Central Catholic, Kiva will be called upon to lead the D. He prepared over the off season as well as anyone.

Previous Analysis: A kid everyone wants to have on their team. Jackson earned 2nd team all-conference honors after making 48 total tackles with 3 PBUs as a junior. On the year he only allowed 2 catches to put his defensive presence into perspective.

95.[player_tooltip player_id='738761' first='Tyson' last='Van Gastel'] 6-3 210 DB Mazama

UPDATE: One of the only players in Oregon to earn all-state honors on both sides of the football. Even though it's 4A it's still an impressive feat. The 6-3 QB/S has the size and athleticism to jump up this list quickly.

96.[player_tooltip player_id='806999' first='Peyton' last='Parrish'] 6-4 295 T Sunset

UPDATE: Parrish was selected to Les Schawb Bowl and has legit size and strength. From a recruiting standpoint a lot will come down to film and what he is able to do against the likes of Jesuit and other programs with top lineman.

97.[player_tooltip player_id='132438' first='Jakoby' last='Feist'] 6-0 180 QB/ATH Tigard

UPDATE: I would expect Feist to get the ball often for the Tigers. No matter what position he is playing, he will consistently be one of the best players on the field.

Previous Analysis: Feist is just a really good overall athlete who can play QB. He should be considered an Oregon breakout POY candidate. The Tigers will need his leadership with a bunch of young talent on the roster.

98.[player_tooltip player_id='238631' first='Dylan' last='Howell'] 6-1 270 OL Barlow

UPDATE: As noted, Howell is one of the most fundamentally sound lineman in the NW. The Bruins have a shot of being a top 10 6A team and making a playoff run with his leadership.

Previous Analysis: One of the most talented lineman in Oregon. Howell has earned 1st team all Mt Hood honors in back-to-back seasons, with the potential of being the lineman of the year within the conference. From a projection standpoint it's a size thing.

99.[player_tooltip player_id='738967' first='Lombel' last='Doreen'] 5-7 155 ATH Thurston

UPDATE: Doreen had an impressive junior season earning 1st team all-league honors on defense. We could see him a lot more on O next season, after his 36 touches and 4 TDs the last two years.

100. [player_tooltip player_id='520401' first='Sentori' last='Martino'] 6-0 180 DB Barlow

UPDATE: Martino made some big plays last year but doesn't necessarily have a lot of name recognition. He will get an opportunity to prove himself this season.

Previous Analysis: Martino earned 2nd team all Mt Hood honors on D and had flashes of being one of the best return men in the state. Barlow will be a potential top 10 team at the 6A level.
