Some of the players on this list are well known in the area but we also have a few who will become household names during the season. We expect all of these talented stars to attack their senior years and go out with a bang, and leave their legacies.
The UNLV commit showed great skill during his junior season both inside and outside of the pocket. Gordon displayed good accuracy while facing pressure and the ability to escape the pocket eluding free rushers. Gordon kept his eyes downfield and delivered throws on the money leading his guys to open field ad big yardage. Gordon also showed his ability to be a scrambler and a threat to break off big runs when the opportunity presents itself. He showed good vision as a runner, locating open gaps and has the breakaway speed to separate from defenders. Gordon finished his junior campaign throwing for 2,157 along with 28 touchdowns, and ran for 700 yards and 8 touchdowns. We are anticipating Gordon to come out and be even better than last year and leave his mark for his senior season.
Lagway is considered a top quarterback not only in the state, but nationally as well. The big-bodied quarterback has shown that he has the ability to take over games in many ways. Throwing, showing off his arm talent, zip on the ball, and overall strength, or even using his legs and ability to run. Lagway will take on an entire defense and come away with a victory. He has just about every tool in his game and it shows why he is a highly touted recruit. While just playing 8 games last season, Lagway posted 2,081 passing yards with 24 touchdowns and ran for 500 yards with 7 touchdowns. He has improved his game year after year so expect the Gator commit to reach another level for his senior season.

Carter Noyes
Carter Noyes
The Tomball quarterback picked defenses apart in the play action game and short to intermediate routes. Noyes ability to place the ball in his targets radius was key to the teams success. Noyes was accurate and hit his guys in stride, giving them the space needed to make a move after the catch. Noyes showed a good feel for what was going on around him, anticipating coverages and being precise on the long ball. Noyes is definitely a player to keep eyes on with the chance to really have an incredible senior season.
Mettauer is another quarterback in the area who has the tools and talent that programs around the country want. At 6’5, 215, Mettauer stands tall in the pocket and throws the ball on a rope. He has very good arm strength, able to launch the ball on deep routes and hit his man for the home run ball. Mettauer will also hurt a defense with his scramble abilities, galloping in the open field with the speed to outrun a secondary with his long strides. The Wisconsin commit is an ultimate competitor who does his best to put his team in the best position to win. He willed be looked to once again to lead and be the guy on the field to dominate, which he has shown he can do before. Harrison Mass
Harrison Mass
Mass is a playmaker at the quarterback position who does just about everything in the Panthers offense. He is a highly skilled player, with the ability to hurt the defense rushing and eluding players, or using his arm to hit his teammates on the deep ball, crushing a defenses spirit. With the ball in his possession, good things happen. Mass’s agility and vision as a runner makes him such a threat and something teams must gameplan for. He can escape the pocket and show his speed and elusiveness on his way to the endzone. Just when a defense may think they have him bottled, he picks them apart using his arm. Mass has a very good touch on his deep ball, and his accuracy on the run put a secondary in such a tough spot. The recent Army commit has shown he has what it takes to change the momentum of a game and the scary part is that he is only getting better.
Brown has shown much growth as a quarterback since he took over the position. He has developed every year and has only continued to show it on the field. He stays in the pocket, delivering strikes to open receivers and takes off when necessary. His arm talent continues to get better, with his accuracy on outside throws and placement in tight spaces. Brown is still a major threat running the ball, but has become equally if not more of a threat picking a defense apart with his arm. He is calm and collected, and makes big play after big play with the high powered offense. Brown is set for another big season and we expect nothing less from this highly skilled player. Northwestern State got themselves a serious player in Brown at the position.
When watching Gill play, first thing that catches the eye is the beauty of the deep ball. Gill’s ability to place the ball where it needs to be and the way he flies is a sight. He is quick on the release, letting it go the moment he sees his target in position. Gill looks to have total command of the pocket, navigating through it while locating his receivers. He is a tough runner, lowering the shoulder to get those extra yards, never backing down. He showed good vision as a runner, getting to the outside and having the speed to outrun defenders. Gill excels in rollouts, hitting receivers with great precision on the run with much zip on the ball and putting it only where his players can get it. Gill through for a productive 2,400 yards and added 25 touchdowns to that. He has much excitement to his game and we do not expect anything different from him for his senior year.
