Wayne State National Showcase: Notable Offers

<p>The largest showcase Michigan will see this year just took place at Wayne State. It was a massive event with prominent coaches from throughout the country in attendance. Just like any other showcase, there are some offers given out following the showcase! These are guys who have been on the radar of a ton of programs, and with their performance yesterday, they've been given an offer. </p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Notable Offers</h2>   <p><strong>'26 [player_tooltip player_id='566936' first='Lincoln' last='Watkins'] offered by Kansas</strong></p>   <p>Watkins is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after 2026 recruits. The crazy thing is- Lincoln hasn't played much Varsity ball. I'm dead serious; with offers from Wisconsin, Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State, Tennessee, Kentucky, Auburn, and others, Canty is good enough to play anywhere he wants. Nebraska is a phenomenal offer, but that's just another school in the bidding. I know a lot of Miami coaches attended this showcase, and it's apparent with the number of offers they gave out. It's apparent that Gregory's floor is the MAC, with a B1G 10 or SEC ceiling. From 0 offers to several, this marks Zak's first Division 2 offer.
