I feel like I did everything I could, and that turned out to be something that led to a lot of team accomplishments and individual accomplishments.rnrnu003cstrongu003eWhere did you typically line up?u003c/strongu003ernrnAt the beginning of the season, I would line up wide on the right side of the field. In mid-season, I started moving around a lot. I would play wide, in the slot, in the backfield. I would be in motion a lot.rnrnu003cstrongu003eWhat are your strengths as a wide receiver?u003c/strongu003ernrnI can catch the ball but I think it is my speed and acceleration. I think my creativity with the ball is also a strength.rnrnu003cstrongu003eHow was the switch from running back as a freshman to a receiver as a sophomore?u003c/strongu003ernrnIt was difficult. I was going from freshman running back to a starting varsity wide receiver. The techniques moving from running back to wide receiver were tough.rnrnu003cstrongu003eWhat football skills have you focused on this offseason?u003c/strongu003ernrnI have focused on my speed, route running, and my hands. I have been working on my release of the line of scrimmage.rnrnu003cstrongu003eWhat did you do athletically in the winter and spring seasons?u003c/strongu003ernrnBasically, this winter, I went to a training facility two or three times a week. We focused on football skills, weightlifting, and speed. This spring, I ran track for the first time. I ran the 100, 200, 4X100, 4X200, and I high jumped a little bit. I went to State in the 4X100. We got to the finals at State.rnrnu003cstrongu003eWhat is your football plan this summer?u003c/strongu003ernrnI started a football summer camp with my team. I am working on my strength and speed. I am going to work on my route running and hands but also some defensive work to see if I can play some defense. If not, at least I can have that there to make myself more of a weapon.rnrnu003cstrongu003eHow has the recruiting process gone for you?u003c/strongu003ernrnIt has been good. There have been some stressful moments with coaches texting every other day. It is something that I am trying to enjoy and be happy for.rnrnu003cstrongu003eWhat are you looking for in a school?u003c/strongu003ernrnI want to stay close to home so my mom can watch me play. I am looking at the school, academics, and the community. I want to have a good connection with the staff and the team.rnrnu003cstrongu003eWho are the schools that seem to be most interested in you at this point?u003c/strongu003ernrnIowa State, Central Michigan, and Northern Illinois have been the most interested in me.
