Davion “FatRat” Brown comes in as our number 1 receiving for this class (Number 4 overall) and with good reason. All he did in his freshman season for Trinity was collect over 1100 all purpose yards and 12 touchdowns, not too bad. Brown is a star already for the Titans both in football and in basketball and should continue to soar up our rankings in years to come. Nabbing nearly 1,000 yards receiving in 2022 the rising sophomore is a big target and his stride reminds me of a young Terrell Owens. He knows how to use his length to his advantage and when he gets out into the open field look out. His recruiting is already red hot with nearly 20 FBS offers including Miami, Florida State and Penn State, you know coaches do not want to miss out on this special talent.
Number 2 on our boards and number 9 overall is Oscar Smith’s future star in Travis Johnson Travis Johnson 6’3″ | 170 lbs | WR Oscar Smith | 2026 State VA . Not far behind Brown is this young man who should have Tiger fans expecting big things this coming fall. Johnson is a difference maker with 5 division 1 offers already to his name, he is that good. Another big time target at 6’3 who also can fly in the open field with the football in his hands. Blessed to be in a family of athletes Johnson big brother Tory is set to play for West Virginia this fall, will he follow in big bros footsteps? Only time will tell on that, for now expect his name to climb up recruiting rankings across the country.
If you are not buying stock on Whitever already you are behind the curve, this young man is legit. Written about him previously and when you watch his tape you will see what I saw a game changer. Whitever has exceptional hands is a very good route runner and has already given opposing defensive coordinators nightmares as a freshman. Be on the lookout for what he does in the Dominion Region this fall, I expect him to lead the region in receptions.

Not only does Oscar Smith have ballers in each class returning this fall, how about two receivers in our top 70 class rankings! McGlown comes in at number 4 and he is not that far off from moving up our boards with a good season upcoming. What I love about McGlown most is the pride he takes in blocking down field for his teammates, you do not see that enough out of kids his age. Very high football IQ this kid possesses along with top notch speed and vision, I see big things ahead for him this fall.

A sneaky underrated star is what I see watching Baker do his thing for the Lebanon Pioneers, this young man plays the game like a craft veteran. An exceptional route runner Baker is also has superb footwork making many ridiculous sideline catches already. You can tell he has mastered his craft with his footwork each time he toe drags after a reception along with the sideline, the kid is legit. He is still growing into his body at 6’0 and 162 pounds, by this time next fall do not be surprised to see his name in our top 50 or even higher.
When I tell you the Stafford Indians have a future star on their hands in Kimani Morton Kimani Morton WR Stafford | 2026 State VA , do not believe me because he already is! Morton a dynamic playmaker and one of the many reasons why the Indians fan base is excited about their future. The rising sophomore has a great stride and prides himself in yards after the catch. Between him and Travis Johnson Travis Johnson 6’3″ | 170 lbs | WR Oscar Smith | 2026 State VA you have to sit back and admire what Oscar Smith is doing, year in and year out they are producing top level talent.
