An aggressive blocker from the interior of the offensive line, Broadhurst has been honing his strength with some of the best linemen around in the T3 Linemen Lab. He has been getting his work in for his senior year between being a state-qualifying wrestler as well as a track and field stud. He packs a punch with his solid frame to clear out holes with good strength in his upper body. He has been showing even more improvements in his upper body strength at a number of camps for football as well as in the shot put where he has been competing with the best in the area. He carries solid playing weight at 250 to be more athletic than his opponents and uses good form to bring his man down. His summer is off to a big start with his first offer coming down and more expected to come as he gets out to more showcases and camps. I'm impressed with what I've seen out of a true versatile athlete that can play interior offensive line with power and finesse.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["665187"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='665187' first='Jonathan' last='Wiczen'] has been putting in as much work as anyone in the state to take his game to the next level. Taking his talents on the road this summer to a number of camps including University of Dayton and Wheeling University, where he left with his first offer, he has been showing off improved footwork and noticeable strength gains. Putting in the work in the weightroom to start, he is building off his 6-foot-3 frame. He has been working hard in the pass pro with good results thanks to improved posture. His upright approach has made for improved balance and core strength. His strong base remains with a lot of power coming from his hips while his footwork has improved. With focus on his footwork to keep himself balanced, Wiczen looks like a more polished pass blocker with the ability to handle more moves. With no signs of slowing down, Wiczen has the work ethic to keep improving towards more interest and offers with more camps ahead this summer.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["662018"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='662018' first='Mikey' last='Maloney'] is gearing up for one of the most anticipated seasons for a quarterback in the area. While he has been out there getting sharper on his passes, his work to improve his numbers across the board have led him to take a jump this offseason. His speed has improved while showing off at the Elite11 camp to run a 4.57 40-yard dash. He has been locked in at the gym for numbers that just don't come from everyday quarterbacks. Showing off a 60-inch vertical box jump off on twitter last month, Maloney is as good of an athlete you will find under center. He has been out at Akron spring practice as well as Butler and Lehigh so far and recently earned his first offer from Mercyhurst. He is on the radar of a number of schools including the University of Toledo as well as Akron who came out to see Maloney throw and he did not disappoint. Maloney is one of the most fun quarterbacks to watch around which makes his team destined for a long run to give him even more film to impress coaches. With another offseason of prep and the confidence in his game he already has, Maloney has a high ceiling headed into the fall.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["161108"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='161108' first='Poochie' last='Snyder'] spent his junior season being that dude for his team with numbers that have earned him two Division I offers and reason to have more. His abilities as a dual-threat quarterback made a big splash last season and his offseason work has focused on getting more accurate in the pocket. He has been getting together with his receiving core for next season to keep his arm loose and maintain his tight throwing motion. His big arm has only become more fluid with time which makes him one of the top throwers in Northeast Ohio when throwing at the third level. Since making it out to camps since the end of last season, he has received Division I offers from the University of Maine and Sacred Heart University to open up the spring on the cusp of a big summer. Snyder is already a candidate for the next big quarterback to come out of Ohio to make a name for himself. With plenty of time to build on his body of work, it will be an exciting time for Canton South with an elite quarterback at the helm.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["668844"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='668844' first='Vince' last='Luce'] has been doing everything right to build off his junior year to become a sought after offensive lineman in the 2024 class. Making a point to attend as many camps and visits as possible, Luce has done a great job of maximizing his exposure to net him three offers this spring. His solid 6-foot-3 frame has only gotten stronger to make him a guy that could really break into the conversation as one of premier linemen in the area. His background as a high-level wrestler has been a point of improvement while he focuses on his senior football season. Already a lineman with good power and length to play a number of positions along the offensive line, Luce looks bigger at his camps while competing against other college prospects. He currently holds offers from Tiffin, Ohio Dominican and Mercyhurst with interest from several MAC schools. I'm excited to see the next steps for him leading into his senior year which is set to be a big one on a defending state championship team.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6482237774ed3"} /-->

In the Summer Series, I will be taking a look at players putting in the work before their senior year and gaining ground through hard work. Some with offers, some looking for their first, these players are putting in the work now in preparation for their final high school season.
