The quantity of talent that was lined up at each position had us in awe. From wideout to trenches to QB, there was some extremely special ability. Let’s take a deeper look at some of the offensive players that are turning heads and making noise.
Trot English
Trot English
Most college coaches should get to know Trot English. He has incredible strength and hip mobility, allowing him to execute devastating smashes to his opponent. Trot has a rapid start, allowing him to attack his opponents right away. He has a lot of promise and the ability to dominate in his junior year. Trot made several solid blocks and easily progressed to the second level during competition.
Damarion’s route running talents and ability to create distance between himself and the defenders were excellent. He caught the attention of numerous D1 coaches and was identified as one of the top receivers during camp. Damarion’s speed, hands, fast twitch, and focus when pulling in the ball are all exceptional. We admire his aggressive play off the LOS as well as his ability to go vertical quickly. He possesses a high football IQ and makes it practically tough for defenders to guard him. Damarion will establish a name for himself this season with a 1000 yard season planned.
Jake Colville
Jake Colville
Jake made several spectacular tosses during drills and 1-on-1 competitions. He has a strong arm and can presently throw at the collegiate level. He has a high football IQ, knowledge of coverages, the ability to read defenses, good decision-making skills, and the ability to throw the receiver open. He possesses excellent ball handling skills, including the ability to sell the play action, setup quickly, and deliver with rapidity from throwing point to release. Jake will have a fantastic junior year and put up some ridiculous numbers coming fall.
Lashawn Williams
Lashawn Williams
Lashawn shined like a “diamond in the rough” during the Mega Camp. On every occasion, he shown excellent speed and the ability to go open. He possesses the fast twitch that college coaches need in a slot receiver. He possesses excellent hands and a great catch radius, allowing him to make big-time plays. He is capable of becoming the top receiver on the field and challenges the best defensive back to line up against him. He made numerous difficult catches during camp and showed some high level skill throughout competitions. He will be highly recruited going into his senior year.
Seth Roach
Seth Roach
Seth is a baller with outstanding hands who seldom drops a pass. He possesses a strong first step off the line of scrimmage, which provides him an advantage when against superior DBs. He is a playmaker with the intelligence of a great receiver. We saw him make some outstanding plays during contests and look fantastic during solo drills. Seth can get vertical at the drop of a dime and create a mismatch right away. He has a lot of potential, and is set for his breakout year, he will be attracting the attention of college coaches this fall. During the camp series, we liked watching him compete and make big-time plays.
