Notre Dame has come on strong to join a trio of Ole Miss, TCU and Miami that he had previously said he considered his top three. Consider the references slight sneak previews or teasers of the preseason content to come. With good height and length, big hands and comfort catching the ball all over the field, Joseph has been one of those young standouts to know from the spring 7-on-7 season with the Bootleggers' youth teams to the college camp circuit and high school 7-on-7 this month.
