High school football players from every corner of Louisiana — and even dipping into Mississippi and Alabama — visited Baton Rouge on Saturday to participate in the Prep Redzone Louisiana Stock Up Showcase.

The network's second-annual Louisiana-based event, held at the new Elite Training Academy near LSU, featured standout performances from every position group and every high school class.

Here's a look at a few of the top eye-catchers among the quarterbacks.

[player_tooltip player_id='934573' first='Max' last='Gassiott'] — 5-11, 185 QB — Central (Baton Rouge) (2027)

The rising senior was the clear top performer among the quarterbacks, continuing his impressive progression as a passer to go with the athleticism that helped him stand out earlier in his career. Gassiott put together the best all-around athletic testing among quarterbacks with the top 40-yard dash (4.68 seconds), broad jump (9 feet) and shuttle (4.34 seconds) marks and one of the best three-cone (7.28 seconds) time — all of which also ranked highly among all players in attendance. And he continued excelling all the way through one-on-ones in which he showed a quick release and hit on several of the day's top deep balls.

[player_tooltip player_id='1597357' first='Brylan' last='Washington'] — 6-0, 195 QB — Parkway (2029)

One of the youngest players at the event was also one of the last quarterbacks standing as coaches whittled down the best-of-the-best during one-on-one action. Washington is a thickly built athlete with a strong base and had solid athletic testing numbers — particularly earlier on in his development — including a 4.49-second shuttle and 8-foot-7-inch broad jump standing out. And he was among the more consistent passers during one-on-ones, including a few particularly eye-catching deep balls.

[player_tooltip player_id='1375162' first='Willie' last='Johnson III'] — 6-0, 180 QB — Zachary (2028)

Johnson is another younger passer for Louisiana fans and coaches know sooner than later as he ramps up the offseason between his sophomore and junior seasons. Johnson was near the top of the quarterback rankings in the three-cone (7.22 seconds), broad jump (8 feet, 8 inches and shuttle (4.52 seconds) with quick feet that showed in his drop-backs and a quick release that fired the ball out of his hands with impressive zip on most of his throwing reps.

JaCori Platt — 6-0, 205 QB — Central (2027)

Platt was selected as one of the top performers of the 2025 Prep Redzone Louisiana Stock Up Showcase and was in that conversation late into this year's edition. He has always been a solidly built athlete with a strong arm, which stood out at times on a couple roped deep balls, including over defenders on a long throw or two out to the sideline. Platt looked and is listed a little taller and leaner than a year ago as he continues to develop physically and had some good testing numbers with a 4.68-second 40-yard dash, 8-foot-7.5-inch broad jump and 4.72-second shuttle.

[player_tooltip player_id='1189572' first='Cooper' last='Odle'] — 5-11, 165 QB — University Lab (2027)

Another of the quarterbacks who earned a spot in the later rounds of one-on-ones, Odle has a solid, strong lower body, quick feet and a quick, high release. His athletic testing included a 4.78-second 40-yards dash, 8-foot-4-inch broad jump, 4.47-second shuttle and 7.41-second three-cone drill. And some of his best reps were particularly pretty, tight-spiraling throws on the money to his targets deep down the sideline.

[player_tooltip player_id='1563664' first='Greyson' last='Rodrigue'] — 6-2, 165 QB — University Lab (2028)

Rodrigue was one of the younger quarterbacks at the event, but already possesses a tall, long frame that checks boxes that college coaches are looking for and maximized those measurables with a smooth dropback and balanced, upright stance and easy, fluid throwing motion. A few of his athletic testing numbers stacked up notably well at the event for a taller-stature quarterback with a 4.59-second shuttle, 8-foot broad jump and 7.50-second three-cone drill.

[player_tooltip player_id='1393112' first='Ty' last='Hills'] — 5-10, 160 QB — Lafayette Christian (2028)

Hills is another young quarterback who has been on the Prep Redzone Louisiana radar for at least a year and had a good day at the showcase with a quick release and solid early athletic testing profile with a 4.78-second 40-yard dash, 8-foot-4-inch, 4.65-second shuttle and 7.50-second three-cone.

[player_tooltip player_id='1865603' first='Kyzer' last='White'] — 5-9, 160 QB — Lafayette Christian (2028)

Lafayette Christian had a pair of smaller, quicker rising junior quarterbacks at the event as White not only topped the position with his 6.81-second three-cone drill, but all athletes in attendance, and wasn't far off that lead with a 4.34-second shuttle. He also ran a solid 4.78-second 40-yard dash that tied for third among the quarterbacks.
