We wrap up our coverage of the massive WR group with Part II of the best WRs/TEs I saw during the Minnesconin Camp. This group was so talented. We saw very athletic players, big frames, impressive hands, and a mix of talent for every level of college competition. In today’s article we have 8 more athletes that caught my eye, so let’s dive in right away.
Lofton O’Groske
Lofton O’Groske
We start off with an impressive ’24 WR out of MN. Lofton O’Groske is a 6’1″ 193 lbs receiver that is blessed with next level athleticism. He proved it during the combine of the Mega Camp. Lofton ran a 4.65 40, had great jumps of 9’3″ broad and 36.6″ vertical. He also demonstrated that his short area burst and agility are very strong with a 6.87 L-drill and 4.13 pro agility time. On tape those numbers come to life. Lofton has enough speed to get deep, but he is at his best when he is using his burst to either with in tight quarters or explode out of route breaks. Lofton is also impressive using his hands to create separation from DBs without drawing penalties. Lastly, Lofton has many highlights where he is twisting or elevating or contorting his body in some way to adjust to the ball. He tracks and adjusts very well. Definitely a rising name to know.
One of the top speedsters of the Mega Camp was the Wausau East 2024 WR. Caden dominated with a 4.5 40 yard dash, 4.36 pro agility, and 6.87 L-Drill. Whether sprinting down the field on a go route, or making defenders miss when they are closing on him Caden can do it at full speed. He has burst in tight spaces and the elusiveness to leave defenders tackling air. His highlights show his natural playmaking ability in space as it starts with multiple big time punt returns. We are in store for a breakout year from the 5’10” 170 lbs WR. Just get the ball in his hands quickly and let him go to work after the catch. If the defense doesn’t swarm to him he will make them pay.
An exciting WR that brings a long, lean, explosive package to the tackle is Kadyn Weber Kadyn Weber 6’4″ | 170 lbs | WR Alexandria | 2024 State MN . Kadyn hit the tape at 6’4″ 157 lbs. He will need to fill that frame out, but the lower body explosive ability is exceptional at his length. Kadyn jumped 9’11” in the broad and 37.6″ in the vertical. That gives his QB a monstrous target area. The ’24 uses his size to box out defenders to protect the ball, and his size gives him a major advantage in jump/fade balls. Weber can be a redzone threat and a reliable possession receiver at the next level.

The River Falls TE Eli Johnson Eli Johnson 6’6″ | 230 lbs | TE River Falls | 2025 State WI was an athlete I have had on my radar for awhile. It was clear he had the size, checked in at 6’5″ 226.5 lbs, but I didn’t have any tape for the athlete. So I was very excited to see him in River Falls at the Mega Camp. The ’25 didn’t disappoint either. Eli broad jumped 9’6″, 31.3″ in the vertical, and ran a 4.69 40 yard dash. Those are all very strong numbers for an athlete his size. Especially since Eli will only be entering his junior season this fall. Johnson also proved that he isn’t just an athletic big man. Eli has the hands and fluid movement/body control to be able to create separation with his routes and he uses that size to box out defenders like you would see on the basketball court. Keep your eyes on this kid when the fall rolls around. He also lists DL as his secondary position.
Another big target with a lot of potential to his frame and game is Menomonie WR/TE Isaac Ellison Isaac Ellison 6’4″ | 200 lbs | ATH Menomonie | 2025 State WI . Isaac currently stands at 6’4″ 190 lbs. The ’25 should be considered as a WR and TE right now, but I believe his future is at TE. He ran a 4.8 40 yard dash, and really impressed me with his 9’2″ broad jump and 36.5″ vertical jump. The big man can cover ground and attack the ball at it’s highest point. Ellison is a talented basketball player as well, and I am excited to see if that carries over to his play this fall. Isaac is in position to breakout this year and prove that he can be a mismatch for the offense.
Zeke found his way onto my radar while I was writing an article looking at the best athletes in northern WI. He re-upped my excitement for his junior season with a great showing at the Mega Camp in River Falls. The 6’3″ 193 lbs athlete has built up a strong frame that has plenty of athleticism to pair with it. Strand is actually a standout at WR and DB based off the tape. Zeke is at his best when using his burst and acceleration. That was illustrated by a 9’8″ broad jump and 36.8″ vertical jump. That ability also gives him the chance to go up and get the ball over defenders or at his safety position. His short area burst also gives him the chance to close quickly on receivers from his safety position. Keep an eye on the under the radar junior.
A 2025 that has clearly made a name for himself in MN based off his current ranking is Dylan Vokal Dylan Vokal 6’2″ | 200 lbs | ATH Maple Grove | 2025 State MN . He also made a name for himself at the Mega Camp at UWRF. Dylan looks the part of a high level college WR. He is 6’1″ 185 lbs, runs a 4.58 40, 4.31 pro agility, 7.03 L-Drill, and jumps 9’7″ and 34.6″ in the broad and vertical. As a sophomore, Dylan helped Maple Grove with the State Championship and finish the year undefeated. All his natural athleticism has helped make Vokal a talented punt returner. His vision further boosts his athleticism on the field. The ’25 is also a gifted route runner. His quick feet and hips give him the ability to run clean routes as does his body control. Dylan is definitely a name to watch this fall.

We wrap up with one final dominant performance from a 2025. Sun Prairie East WR/DB Cooper White Cooper White 6’0″ | 185 lbs | WR Sun Prairie East | 2025 State WI crushed the day. He had the second best vertical jump among the 700+ athletes at 40″. He ran a 4.65 40 yard dash,a 4.38 pro agility, and added a 9’5″ broad jump. What really impressed me during the one on one and routes on air was that Cooper made plays with both his athleticism or with the nuanced parts of the position. He didn’t always just try to outrun everyone. White showed that he could get open with his route running and the balance, body control, and feet needed to succeed that way. Get ready for Cooper to take the next step this fall for the Cardinals.
