Continue ReadingIf you’re looking to find some significant film to gather information on about Nicolas, Good Luck. Nicolas is a player who no one has a good read on for a couple of different factors. One has next to none in-game film, everything that’s out on him is filming from camps which isnt much to go off. Secondly, he’s been listed at almost four different positions. He is listed as an edge, OLB, SS, and FS.
However, from a positive aspect the fact we can’t determine what the young man is or any tape on him could be a good thing. He’s also been working exclusively with edge rusher at camps and look explosively getting off the ball; also knows how to use his length to win. At 6’3 220 pounds there’s a myriad of possibilities this young man can take. But what we do know Nicolas is in line to be a game changer on an already loaded St. Joseph’s Regional roster.
Cook is one of the biggest defensive linemen in the state. At 6’7 400lbs Cook is an interior rusher who actually has some solid moves, due to the fact he’s been working with defensive line skills trainer Coach L.T.
Once again we want to temper expectations because Cook has no actual game film for us to go off of and he didn’t play last year. However, the way he moves carrying 400 lbs is impressive, but in the same breath, I don’t know how sustainable it will be for him to carry that at a normal playing weight.
Cook’s size makes you ponder why he hasn’t got any looks for offers. This leads me to believe that most colleges are looking for him to have some sort of breakout year before offering him seriously.
Hillside has a good track record in producing Power 5 talent and specifically at defensive lineman. Ikinnagbon will be the next in line to be a Power 5 defensive lineman if his trajectory keeps going for a number of reasons.
First off he had a solid camp cycle thus far, earning an invite to the one on one portion of the Rivals camp was a big deal in getting him national exposure. Secondly, he has solid measurables at 6’6 230 pounds, he has a strong lanky build, and the frame to add more mass. Lastly, he’s a standout wrestler and knows how to use his hands well and show a solid level of flexibility.
Darren is a prospect who’s in the 2025 class and he has two more years of development. After this development, it wouldn’t surprise men at all if he ended up as a national recruit.
He currently holds offers from Iowa State and Kent State.
Highlights
Logan Bahn Logan Bahn 6'6" | 295 lbs | OL Ramsey | 2024 State NJ is a puzzling prospect but for good reasons. He’s 6’6 290 pounds and is a strong run blocker. However, I need him to be more physical and aggressive when run blocking so he can be dominant in the phase of blocking.
In addition, as a pass blocker, he has much room for improvement he has solid balance but is slow, and he also he good length and is solid at locking out defenders.
On the flip side, he’s solid as an interior defensive lineman. Has a good initial burst and is very sound with gap discipline. Honestly, this is a better fit for him than offensive tackle and he can have the most impact here at the collegiate level.
Bahn already has five offers from Georgetown, Penn, Bucknell, Merrimack, and Maine. If wants to earn a Power 5 offer he needs to get nastier, work on his feet as an offensive tackle, or switch to the defensive side of the ball and market himself as a game-changing interior defensive lineman.
This is a prospect to get excited about, he has a long way to go and much improvement to make, but the end result is going to be special.
Goodman is 6’5 315 pounds and has a level of athleticism that every offensive line coach would love to have. Goodman is in the process of still figuring it out and putting it all together. He’s already a solid pass protector with many true pass sets on his resume.
Goodman has Power 5 offers from Miami, Michigan, Boston College, and Nebraska and as he continues to figure it out. He’s going to be able to pick whatever college he wants to commit to.
