Lathen can be a home run during any point of the game which is his best ability. He has high upside as it just depends on how he grows into his 6'4'' frame. If he wanted to he could be a dominant interior defensive lineman if he gained good weight or he could decide to stay on the leaner side and play outside on the edge. What really shows up on film is his effort where he doesn't take any plays off.
