In this report, I will review the 2022 season highlight film and give a short analysis of each of the newly Top ranked recruits we have identified as “Linebackers” and who are balling in Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
Carson Daniell Carson Daniell 6’1″ | 220 lbs | LB St. Paul’s School | 2025 State New E He is ranked as the #1 class of 2025 “Linebacker” in New Hampshire and also the # 9 ranked “Linebacker” in the New England. He attends St Paul’s School in New Hampshire.
He performs with a high intensity and motor. He can plug gaps and maintain gap integrity. “Daniell” is a force in the middle of a defense. He can sniff out ball carriers before they get into their attempted running lane. He has high level strength seen at the point of attack. His balance and flexibility is solid. He shows a great burst and can read and react quickly to run or pass. He is a Linebacker who appears competitive, hard nosed, tough, and gritty.
If he can provide solid combine numbers during the 2023 college summer camp season, he will see his college interest spike.
Theo Schneible Theo Schneible 6’1″ | 200 lbs | LB Concord | 2025 New E He is ranked as the #2 class of 2025 “Linebacker” in New Hampshire and also the # 16 ranked “Linebacker” in the New England. He attends Concord High School in New Hampshire.
He can move laterally with a fluid motion and speed. Gets off blocks quickly with good use of hands while shedding blocks. He tackles through the body and with very good aggression. Does an excellent job on the edge with run support. Reaction skills are good. Plays downhill in run support more then pass recognition. Plays with passion and a high level physical presence.
It appears it will be just a matter of time before his recruitment interest will spike. His 2023 summer college camp presence will help ignite his recruitment.
Highlights
Colin Roche Colin Roche 6’1″ | 205 lbs | LB East Providence | 2025 State New E He is ranked as the #1 class of 2025 “Linebacker” in Rhode Island and also the # 22 ranked “Linebacker” in the New England. He attends East Providence High School in Rhode Island.
He has good lateral movement sideline to sideline. He takes very good angle pursuit while mirroring the ball carrier when attacking ball carries on the perimeter. Knows how to break down and not over pursuit before contact with ball carrier. He reads and reacts well and can open his hips in either direction fluidly. He primarily uses a wrap and roll technique when making tackles.
He is another summer camp prospect who will closely be viewed for his combine numbers when he attends college camps this summer.
Malachi Fowler Malachi Fowler LB Windham | 2025 New E He is ranked as the #3 class of 2025 “Linebacker” in New Hampshire and also the # 24 ranked “Linebacker” in the New England. He attends East Windham High School in New Hampshire.
“Fowler” is a linebacker who must be accounted for at pre-snap for any offensive scheme to be productive. He is surely disruptive with his physical play and the strength he uses when tackling ball carriers is impressive. At 5’11” he plays with a very low center of gravity and pad level. Has good initial quickness and acceleration to be an effective blitzer. He has good instincts to work around blocks.
He will battle concerns of height at the next level during his recruitment, but his overall ability will not be ignored.
Jay Faulk He is ranked as the #4 class of 2025 “Linebacker” in New Hampshire and also the # 28 ranked “Linebacker” in the New England. He attends St. Paul’s School in New Hampshire.
Has good range and speed: He can run the field laterally and could match/catch offensive skill players in space. He breaks down nicely when eyeing the ball carrier, and has the balance and body control to recover if he over pursues. He displays good size in his frame and it pops on film with length in his legs. “Falk” field awareness is something I like along with his reaction to pass or run that is quick and fluid.
He fits the profile of the outside linebacker position and he is a prospect college coaches will want to know more about. His athletic combine numbers will be a heavy factor to what level of play he attracts at the college level.
