Toledo is a safety that has good vision and can come up and meet the ball carrier in the hole stopping them in their tracks. He has quick feet and can get out of his back peddle fast to make a play on the ball. He shows soft hands and can come up with interceptions taking it the other direction. He does have the speed to keep slot receivers in front of him and can make a hit to dislodge the ball. He shows the ability to make tackles in the open field and can chop the runner down. Will be a top safety to keep an eye on moving forward.
Highlights
Giles-Ray has the skill set to be one of the top safeties in the state and has the hands to go with it. He shows great hips and can open up and run with the receivers, sticking to their hip and riding them out of the play. He has the makeup speed to play trail technique and come back and bat the ball down if he has to as well. Playing both sides of the ball he shows his soft receiver hands and can come away with interceptions. Highlights
Hayes can be a lockdown corner at times, having the ability to take receivers out of the play. He has great vision and does not fall for double moves, waiting and not biting up on the fakes. He shows good hips being able to open up and run with receivers and playing through the receivers hands batting the ball down. He will need to work on his hands, he had some chances to turn a couple of passes into interceptions and maybe house calls but was unable to bring the ball in. If he is able to come up with some of those opportunities this year he will see his stock jump.
Yeboah is a safety that is able to play at multiple position and can be a good slot corner if he has to be. He is physical at the point of contact with receivers, would just need to work on trusting his feet and not grabbing as much. He has good hips and can open up and run with receivers using his speed to keep up with them in open space. In the open field he can come up and slow the ball carriers down, giving time for his teammates in pursuit to get in on the tackle and strip at the ball.
Rogelstad is a safety that plays with a lot of speed and looks like he is shot out of a cannon when coming up to make a play. He is a player that has the ability to come up and play in the box and can use his speed to get around the lineman and make a play in the back field. He has great vision and can come up and make a tackle in the open field, being able to make a big hit as well. He is a player that bring some physicality to the safety position and that is apart of his appeal as a player. Will be an under the radar safety to keep an eye on moving forward.
