Five 2024 prospects poised for ranking boosts

Other than that, he has the speed, the vision, elusiveness, and agility to be an elite ballcarrier. There's no doubt in our mind he'll make a massive jump in our next update. Elite size, a great first step and burst, he's got it all. They're very close in our opinion. Black is the more polished pass catcher at this point but Toy's size and physical abilities are hard to deny as well. Very excited to see what he could do this  upcoming season.
