#1. Terry Walker Terry Walker 6'2" | 165 lbs | QB IN – Lawrence Central – QB – 6’4″ 175lbs
Walker has so much god given talent, that there’s no wonder there’s been a line out the door since he first got discovered. I met him and 1 time I was taller than him. A few months later, it felt like I needed a step stool to speak to him. His hands are massive. I have big hands, but his hands made mine look like a child’s hand. He’s also a great athlete, has a big arm, and trains like a dog. I’m fully aware he hasn’t even started Varsity yet, but I do the rankings based on collegiate potential. Everybody who watches Walker, gets to know him and has brought him in for a visit ends up feeling the same way. He carries himself the right way, is humble, and is flat out someone I feel comfortable betting the house on.

#2. Bo Polston Bo Polston 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Decatur Central | 2026 State IN – Decatur Central – QB – 6’2″ 200lbs
Polston came in last year and right away earned the Varsity starting gig for Decatur Central. He was a recruit we hit on that was a breakout candidate, and sure enough, he did a bit more than that. In total, he had a good season. Certainly some bumps and bruises to go with some down moments, but you expect that. He’s young, has unlimited confidence, and can let it rip. He’s willing to be aggressive with the ball and push it downfield. He’s got a fantastic thick frame and can stand in the pocket and deliver a strike while taking a hit. While I wouldn’t say he’s a dual-threat QB, he had just under 350 rushing yards and 3 TDs last year, so he’s more than capable of doing damage with his legs. He’s on the right trajectory and should continue to not only develop, but show how much more potential he’s got over the next few years.

#3. Jarritt Bolz Jarritt Bolz 6'1" | 220 lbs | ATH Bishop Verot | 2026 FL – Andrean – ATH – 6’0″ 205lbs
Bolz is an overall fantastic player with as much versatility as he’s got athletscim, which is quite a bit. He’s actually a great athlete which is why he’ll be LB and RB next year for them at the Varsity level. He started defensively last year, and got some RB work, but this next year he’s set to be unleashed. He’s sees everything as it is on the field and doesn’t fall for the baited traps. He’s got unlimited range and can hit as well as drop back into coverage. He’s got quick feet and the speed to house any carry he gets which then makes him stressful on offense. In his evaluation, I wrote down the address to Andrean High school and told everyone they should head on over there. That hasn’t changed. That won’t change. And again, please just head to 5959 Broadway, Merrillville, IN 46410 when you can, and thank me later. Don’t be late to Bolz because you don’t want to miss out.

#4. Brock Brownfield Brock Brownfield 6'3" | 250 lbs | DL New Palestine | 2026 State IN – New Palestine – DL – 6’3″ 235lbs
Brownfield is another stud from the long list of stars coming out of New Palestine. The best way to describe Brownfield and his game is consistent and a menace. He’s a fantastic athlete who is extremely powerful. There’s a reason he saw the field right away and then made the level of impact that he did. As a freshman, he put up 41 tackles, 10TFLs, 4.5 sacks, and forced 2 fumbles all the while teams knew what was coming. He’s got great length and power right off of the line. He’s able to get leverage, be moved around, and face double teams. My Fiance is a New Palestine graduate, so every year I get to see at-least 1 game. Last season, the game that I was at had #75 being called on so much by the PA announcer, that a lady yelled, and I’ll never forget it, “75 75 75. WE GET IT! SOMEONE STOP 75!” That’s the level of impact he brought on as a freshman. Upsetting fans of opposing teams because he’s too good, is quite a compliment. Well, I’ve got bad news for that lady. Brownfield isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

#5. Da’mon Thomas Da’mon Thomas 5'11" | 170 lbs | DB Michigan City | 2026 State IN – Michigan City – DB – 5’11” 170lbs
Thomas is not only a great athlete, but an incredibly versatile DB who really is going to be a prize for the school that lands him. He’s fluid in just about everything he does and had a huge impact for his defense last year. Roaming the backend and doing his best to secure it, he was flying sideline to sideline. He’s got a decent frame as of now and has no issue being flexible or putting his body on the line. I could see him being a really effective Slot CB as well, solely because of his ability to change directions with ease. He’s a natural defender and as his mechanics get groomed to get up with his athletic ability, he’s really going to take his game to another level. Considering the fact he’s already a fairly good player with no limitations, he’s going to be highly sought after. Schools have already began to get him on campus and with 1 offer already, I wouldn’t be shocked to see that list continue to grow over the Spring/Summer.

#6. Fa’rel Carter Fa’rel Carter 5'10" | 150 lbs | ATH IN – Decatur Central – ATH – 5’10” 160lbs
Carter is an insanely dynamic and versatile player who really is a ton of fun to watch. Whether he’s on offense or defense, you’re getting the same great athlete. The ability to cover sideline to sideline, glide down the field with the ball in his hands, and the lengthy frame to handle it all. He’s got long strides and eats up yardage in a flash. With the ball in his hands, he’s got fantastic vision and great acceleration. He’s got soft hands and can catch as well. Whether it be from the backfield or in the slot, he’s able to move around on offense. He’s a downfield threat with his speed and defenders have to honor that he could easily blow by them. If not, he will. His 47 yard TD reception this year proved to be true when the defenders thought he was running another short route. Carter has a natural element to his game and picks up things easily. There’s good reason for the coaching staff to be over the moon. Pairing him with Polston for the foreseeable future is a great situation to be in.

#7. Corey Andrews Corey Andrews 6'3" | 255 lbs | LB Linton-Stockton | 2026 State IN – Linton Stockton – LB – 6’2″ 205lbs
Andrews is someone we got to cover this past week, and he ended up being more than deserving of this ranking. His ability to not only impact the game, but completely wreck an offensive game-plan was arguably second to none last year. It felt like at points he was starting the play in the backfield, and the LOS didn’t exist because of how quickly he got back there. His season stat-line was actually a bit wild when you looked at it. 71 tackles, 14 TFLs, and led the state with 8 sacks. He’s a really good athlete with a frame that stands out as clear as day. Great length, fairly thick for his age, and you can tell he puts the work in behind the scenes. His relentless motor combined with his strength and size put him in a spot to make dang near every play last year. With another year of development, Andrews could easily duplicate that performance and build upon it some which is how he ends up here at 7 on our board.

#8. Dylan Bowen Dylan Bowen 5'11" | 150 lbs | DB Hanover Central | 2026 State IN – Hanover Central – DB – 5’11” 150lbs
Bowen is not only a great raw athlete, but has an ability to see the field that a lot of DBs don’t have. His ability to see things developing, come downhill after diagnosing, and to make the play is top-notch. He started Varsity right away on the backend because of the security he gives them. Unlimited range and the ability to tackle is more than a lot of DBs have. On top of that, he’s got a great arm and was worked in at QB. Like I said in his article, they use him like Taysom Hill at moments because of his ability to run and throw, while keeping the defense guessing is what he provided for them last year. I anticipate that role and what thye ask him to do there, grows over the next few years. Bowen is also a great baseball player who has an insanely bright future on the diamond as well. Overall, a great athlete that I hope we can steal form baseball when it’s all said and done. Either way, Bowen is going to be a fantastic collegiate player at whatever sport he chooses.

#9. MarQuis Allen MarQuis Allen 5'11" | 205 lbs | LB Muncie Central | 2026 State IN – Muncie Central – LB – 5’11” 205lbs
Allen was absolutely terrific this past season and lit the scoreboard up from the defensive side of the ball right away starting Week 1. He got on the field, starting hitting and tackling everything in sight, and never looked back. He averaged over 10 tackles a game, and just under 8 on average of those, being solo tackles. Meaning, he was wrapping up and bringing guys down right away with his raw strength rather than needing reinforcements to show up and help some. He’s strong, smart, and has an ability to penetrate the LOS that offenses find annoying. He got 10 TFLs and a sack last year to go with his 103 total tackles. With Allen, yes, the raw numbers are great, but it was the way he looked doing it. In addition to what he does on defense, he was a rotational RB last year. While he wasn’t great, he was decent and should get more opportunity moving forward. Allen is in a great spot with all things considered and should be a name to remember for years to come.

#10. Jazz Coleman Jazz Coleman 5'11" | 195 lbs | RB Speedway | 2026 State IN – Speedway – ATH – 5’11” 185lbs
Coleman rounds out our current top 10 and is set for a huge year. While we also covered him this past week as well, he still earned that top 10 spot. Wherever he is on the field, he’s more than capable and will have success. He’s a great raw athlete who seems to teleport around the football field. He’s able to defend in the backend, come up to the box, and go out wide and play Corner. He’s also a decent RB and Slot WR who rips off big runs and is reliable when being targeted. Last year, 57 total tackles, 6 TFLs, 2 sacks and 300 rushing yards with 2 TDs was a very sound season. Not the biggest in terms of numbers, but it’s not all about that. His athletic potential alone is through the roof which is why you can’t blame schools for already being interested. Coleman a chess piece that you can do just about anything with, and you can never have too many of those.
