<p>The long, athletic guard earned all-district honors and all-state honorable mention for a junior campaign with averages of 14 points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals per game. Billiot holds a basketball offer from hometown Nicholls State and a growing list of football offers that includes Memphis, Louisiana Tech, Troy, Tulane, Arkansas State, Southern Miss, Grambling State and FIU as a raw wide receiver with potentially one of the highest ceilings in the class at the position.</p>

Carter has the early look of one of the stars in his class to watch for potential college opportunities in both sports. </p>

His quickness, leap and ball skills have translated into some intriguing flashes as a pass-catcher on the football field where he should be worth keeping an eye on this fall.</p>
