2025 5'10 150 WR - [player_tooltip player_id='372468' first='Jackson' last='Cheatham'] - Gilman

If you're looking for an elite deep ball pass catcher then look no further than [player_tooltip player_id='372468' first='Jackson' last='Cheatham'] of Gilman. Cheatham displayed unbelievable prowess in the long pass game last season, and my prediction is that he will lead the MIAA in receiving touchdowns next year. The Gilman Greyhounds finished the 2022 season with an 0-6 conference record, but, with [player_tooltip player_id='372468' first='Jackson' last='Cheatham'] set for a breakout year, I believe next year they will win at least three MIAA games. The Greyhounds' offense will be much more exciting in 2023, and it's essential that wide receiver scouts in the Baltimore area make it out to watch [player_tooltip player_id='372468' first='Jackson' last='Cheatham'] play.

2025 5'11 170 WR - [player_tooltip player_id='372506' first='Damarion' last='Fowlkes'] - Good Counsel

As both a kick returner and a pass catcher, [player_tooltip player_id='372506' first='Damarion' last='Fowlkes'] possesses tremendous talent and skill. Fowlkes displayed a ton of potential at every position that he played last year, and he's on track to have the best season of his career in 2023. Even though Good Counsel has tremendous depth on offense, Fowlkes' elite ability with the ball in his hands ensures that he will get plenty of touches in the passing game. Good Counsel's quarterback, [player_tooltip player_id='249086' first='Frankie' last='Weaver'], is also known for spreading the ball around which bodes well for Fowlkes' workload this Fall. I truly believe that [player_tooltip player_id='372506' first='Damarion' last='Fowlkes'] will be an integral part of Good Counsel's offense this upcoming season, and that's evident in the fact that he already has a D1 offer from UNCC. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he received All-WCAC honors at the end of the year.

2025 6'3 180 WR - [player_tooltip player_id='505491' first='Peyton' last='Youngbar'] - Mount Saint Joseph

[player_tooltip player_id='505491' first='Peyton' last='Youngbar'] will see a huge increase in targets next season, and, in tandem with Senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='249088' first='Winston' last='Watkins'], I believe he will see a huge increase in efficiency as well. Youngbar is a physical pass catcher who is very productive with the ball in his hands in the middle of the field. He gains a lot of yards after contact, and there's no question that he will be one of [player_tooltip player_id='249088' first='Winston' last='Watkins']' go-to receivers on 3rd down this Fall. [player_tooltip player_id='505491' first='Peyton' last='Youngbar'] is an elite young athlete who thrives in multiple sports, and scouts must be on notice because Youngbar and the Gaels will be a very exciting team to watch in 2023.

2025 5'11 155 WR - [player_tooltip player_id='471267' first='Alex' last='Lee'] - Reservoir

[player_tooltip player_id='471267' first='Alex' last='Lee'] is a very exciting two way player, and he showed lots of promise as a wide receiver last season. He's not afraid of making a physical play, and this also showed on defense where he made multiple tackles per game. The Reservoir Gators posted a .500% winning percentage in 2022, but my way too early prediction is that they finish above that mark next year. [player_tooltip player_id='471267' first='Alex' last='Lee'] is currently the #17 ranked wide receiver in the state, and , given his two way dominance, I believe he possesses one of the highest ceilings on this list. Scouts everywhere must know his name.

2025 6'0 170 WR - [player_tooltip player_id='505492' first='Chase' last='Raab'] - Easton

As he earned 1st Team All-Conference honors at wide receiver in the Fall, [player_tooltip player_id='505492' first='Chase' last='Raab'] is absolutely the top pass catcher on Easton's roster heading into the 2023 season. Raab hauled in 21 catches for 400 yards and 3 touchdowns last year, but next season is sure to be even more productive for this elite young receiver. [player_tooltip player_id='505492' first='Chase' last='Raab'] also earned All-Conference 2nd Team honors as a utility player on defense, and I believe this embodies his all-around skill as a football player. [player_tooltip player_id='505492' first='Chase' last='Raab'] is one of the best overall prospects in the 2025 class, and he must be recruited as such.
