Arizona has tons of big play threats carrying the rock throughout the state. You've continued to hear about the highly recruited guys like Ca'Lil Valentine and [player_tooltip player_id='364206' first='Christian' last='Clark'], now it's time to take a look at some rising Backs that are starting to catch attention and will be prone for a huge 2023 season. Take a look:     [player_tooltip player_id='364216' first='Markhi' last='McKinnon'], RB, Desert Edge '24   Mckinnon is a big time back that was severely underrated during his time at Goldwater. Ideal size and frame for a division 1 prospect at a lean 6'1" 210lbs. He possesses good vision at the LOS to recognize and react to narrow gaps/lanes. Good physicality at the POC to frequently break initial contact. Deceptive second level speed as he flashed big play ability as a junior, and will get a huge opportunity on an explosive DEHS offense.     [player_tooltip player_id='364241' first='Randle' last='Parker'], Mountain Pointe '24   Parker is another kid in that Mountain Pointe backfield that coaches need to know about. A natural ball carrier with good vision and excellent lateral mobility and COD with quick, active feet. He does a great job of understanding when to stretch plays toward the edge to set up a cut or to stick his foot in the ground and get vertical. I like the pad level he runs with without sacrificing athleticism as well. That 1-2 punch at MPHS is legit, and I think Parker's stock should see a spike during his senior campaign. <img class="wp-image-709007" style="width: 270px" src="https://prepredzone.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2023/03/vh-SSXw7_400x400-1.jpg" alt="">     [player_tooltip player_id='217567' first='Adam' last='Mohammed'], Apollo '24   Mohammed posses a good initial burst with excellent COD to move fluidly out of his cuts. Excellent top end speed in the second level as he is a true big play threat. Natural athlete as he has the ability to excel as a ball carrier or as a pass catcher, and possesses really good body control and balance all around. He possesses numerous tools tht he could really develop and blow up with at the next level, and should see another spike in recruiting as he's prone for a dominant senior season.     [player_tooltip player_id='115525' first='Isaiah' last='Savoie'], Apache Junction '24   Savoie is trending to be that top playmaker in 4A this season. He displays solid vision with good balance at the POC, and does a great job getting and staying vertical. He did a really good job finding any way possible to break through the first level and spring himself loose in a variety of ways. He flashes some twitch with the ability to make opponents miss in space, and will see a heavy workload for AJ this year.     [player_tooltip player_id='217566' first='Kendre' last='Pride'], RB, Carl Hayden '24   Pride is an impressive all around athlete that holds a solid upside due to that gifted athleticism. Pride shows a good initial burst with good top end speed and can shoot through narrow lanes into open field in a split second. Definite burner in the second level and also possesses the skillset to play WR if needed. Just a flat out dynamic football player that does his best work with the ball in his hands.
