<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Per usual athletes are ranked based on who projects highest at the collegiate level. In the coming weeks updated rankings will be released (2024 Top 200) with some significant movement and additions to the list. Have a look at the 2024 Top 50 with analysis.&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>1.[player_tooltip player_id='152339' first='Jayden' last='Fortier'] 6-5 220 TE Tualatin&nbsp;<strong>OFFERS: Arizona St, Colorado St, Nevada</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Fortier is one of the fastest rising recruits on the west coast and deserving of the #1 spot. Look for him to land a handful of power five offers in the coming months, including numerous PAC 12s. His 30+ receptions for 500 yards and 5 TDs from last year, are just a glimpse of what he could do this coming season.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>2.[player_tooltip player_id='278369' first='Devin' last='Brooks'] 6-4 290 OL Clackamas&nbsp;<strong>OFFERS: USC, Washington, Oregon, Stanford, Miami, Ariz, Arizona St, Oregon St, Cal etc..&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Brooks projects at Guard but is versatile enough to play multiple spots at the highest level, making him that much more of an appealing recruit. For the 2nd&nbsp;year in a row, he earned 1st&nbsp;team all-league honors for the Cavs who finished the year 5-6.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>3.[player_tooltip player_id='152337' first='Wiley' last='Donnerberg'] 6-4 205 ATH West Linn&nbsp;<strong>OFFERS: Nevada</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Donnerberg has the potential to be the #1 recruit in the state in my opinion. Expect him to blow up this off season and add double digit FBS offers. He's the most versatile kid in Oregon and should double his production on both sides of the ball in 2023, after earning 1st&nbsp;team all TRL accolades and catching 29 passes for 586 yards and 4 TDs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>4.[player_tooltip player_id='152356' first='Joey' last='Olsen'] 6-5 215 WR Lakeridge&nbsp;<strong>COMMITTED: USC</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Olsen is a phenomenal overall athlete who earned 1st&nbsp;team all-league honors in back-to-back seasons. Over the last three years he's caught&nbsp;82 passes for 1,652 yards and 20 TDs, while averaging 20.1 yards per catch. The biggest question mark comes with what position he plays at the next level. He will be called upon to lead the Pacers this year after not winning a conference game in 2022.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>5.[player_tooltip player_id='152358' first='AJ' last='Pugliano'] 6-4 220 TE North Medford&nbsp;<strong>COMMITTED: Oregon&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>247 has Pugliano at #1 so I could be wrong on this. He was dominant for North last season earning 1st&nbsp;team all-conference honors on both sides of the football. It will be interesting to see how he fits in at TE for the Ducks as they traditionally have a certain type of athlete at that position.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>6.[player_tooltip player_id='152355' first='AJ' last='Noland'] 6-2 175 DB Tualatin&nbsp;<strong>OFFERS: Utah St, Colorado St, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Montana St + Ivy's</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The recent offers speak for themselves. Much like Fortier, he is a winner in every sense of the word. He was the only player in Oregon to earn 1st team all-conference honors at WR, DB, and as a return man. He will project as a Three Rivers League Player of the Year favorite on both sides of the football. Expect the likes of Oregon St and Washington St to eventually go on him. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>6.<strong>[player_tooltip player_id='738683' first='Trent' last='Ferguson']</strong> 6-7 300 T West Salem <strong>OFFERS: Oregon, Oregon St, Wash St, Nevada</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ferguson is an outstanding overall athlete who played football for the first time this past season (4 games), which was good enough to land multiple PAC 12 offers. His agility and god given frame is elite which will have numerous universities paying close attention this fall. *Ferguson was a late addition to this list which is why there are (2) #6's</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>7.[player_tooltip player_id='511342' first='Will' last='Haverland'] 6-5 220 DE Sheldon</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Probably the fastest rising recruit in Oregon. Haverland went somewhat under the radar, playing opposite the state's #1 recruit for 2022 in Ducks commit [player_tooltip player_id='226949' first='Teitum' last='Tuioti']. That being said he has film and an 81"-inch wingspan which speaks for itself, racking up 29 total tackles, with 12.5 tackles for loss, and 1 sack last season.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>8.[player_tooltip player_id='206872' first='Stephen' last='Del Giudice'] 6-5 255 T West Linn</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Del Giudice earned 1st&nbsp;team all-league honors this past season and has the frame to add substantial size. He plays with a no-nonsense demeanor and has been physically dominant up front. These next few months will be telling on the camp circuit.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>9.[player_tooltip player_id='278367' first='Brysen' last='Kachel'] 6-3 225 OLB West Albany</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kachel has put together one of the most impressive resumes of any player in Oregon, being named the Mid-Willamette Conference Defensive POY and one of only two underclassmen listed as a 1st&nbsp;team all-state athlete. This after being&nbsp;the only sophomore in Oregon to earn all-state honors on both sides of the football.&nbsp; He will have multiple options at the D1 level.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>10.[player_tooltip player_id='152335' first='Liam' last='Cassidy'] 6-5 310 DT Jesuit&nbsp;<strong>OFFERS: UNLV, Nevada</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As a sophomore Cassidy earned 1st&nbsp;team all-league honors on D. As a Junior he earned 2nd&nbsp;team honors on O, showing off his overall versatility and ability to play anywhere. The Crusaders graduate the top line in the state, and they will be inexperienced upfront, making Cassidy's role that much more important this coming season.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>11.[player_tooltip player_id='278368' first='Charlie' last='Crowell'] 6-5 235 TE Summit<strong>&nbsp;OFFERS: Northern Arizona</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The next few months will be telling for Crowell on the camp circuit as you can't teach the size and overall athleticism. He is part one of the deepest TE groups in Oregon history and will need to step up and have a monster year for the defending 5A state champs, as they graduate a ton of talent.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>12.[player_tooltip player_id='152336' first='Gus' last='Donnerberg'] 6-4 210 LB West Linn&nbsp;<strong>OFFERS: Idaho</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Donnerberg has had one of the best-off seasons of any player in Oregon thus far, as you have to like his overall agility and length. He earned 2nd&nbsp;team all TRL honors on both sides of the football and honorable mention all-state accolades at TE.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>13.[player_tooltip player_id='442249' first='Hayden' last='George'] 6-4 235 TE Lebanon&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of the fastest rising players on this board. George earned unanimous 1st&nbsp;team honors at TE and 2nd&nbsp;team LB accolades, going for 542 yards and 10 TDs on 32 touches (12 receptions, 20 rushes). His size and overall athleticism gives him a real shot at the next level.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>14.[player_tooltip player_id='152360' first='Gabe' last='Staszak'] 6-6 245 DE South Medford&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I would expect Staszak to rival Pugliano and [player_tooltip player_id='511342' first='Will' last='Haverland'] for SWC Defensive POY honors this coming season. He's added some legit size on an already impressive frame, after making 41 total tackles, with 7 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks in 2022.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>15.[player_tooltip player_id='152344' first='Hunter' last='Haines'] 6-1 185 DB West Linn</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As most know Haines comes from an impressive family, earning unanimous 1st&nbsp;team all-conference and honorable mention all-state accolades this past season. The 3* talent showed off some unique intangibles and the closing speed necessary to play at the highest level.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>16.[player_tooltip player_id='511299' first='Roman' last='Martin'] 6-2 170 DB Tigard&nbsp;<strong>OFFERS: UNLV, Pittsburgh, Nevada</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Martin has a stock which is rising quickly, adding three D1 offers in the last few months. The 2nd&nbsp;team all-league CB is long and athletic as he can play multiple spots in the secondary.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>17.[player_tooltip player_id='278405' first='Clay' last='Martineau'] 6-3 210 OLB Oregon City&nbsp;<strong>OFFERS: Colorado St, Idaho, Nevada</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of the fastest rising athletes anywhere in the NW. Martineau has looked outstanding on the 7v7 circuit as part of Team Lillard, after catching&nbsp;39 passes for 488 yards and 4 TDs and making 63 total tackles, 8 tackles for loss, and 5 sacks on D.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>18.[player_tooltip player_id='520433' first='Elias' last='Johnson'] 6-3 170 DB Jesuit&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The 6-3 CB has played out of his mind the last few months on the 7v7 circuit for Team Alpha. He started playing football late, so his 2nd&nbsp;team all-league honors last season could turn into 1st&nbsp;team all-state accolades in 23'. Look for him to be a multi offer D1 guy.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>19.[player_tooltip player_id='152333' first='Lonnie' last='Burt'] 6-1 210 ATH Jesuit&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Burt Jr. will be a Metro League POY favorite after a dominant 1st&nbsp;team all-league season at LB in 2022. With the graduation of [player_tooltip player_id='205822' first='Payton' last='Roth'], he could very well be the state's leading rusher next year, while averaging 8 yards per carry with 7 TDs in limited time last season.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>20.[player_tooltip player_id='152354' first='Cru' last='Newman'] 6-0 170 QB Central Catholic</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The 2x Mt Hood POY has been nothing short of phenomenal the last two seasons, throwing 63 TDs with 4 INTs, while hitting on 67% passes with 5000+ passing yards. The 3* recruit will be a D1 guy at some level and go down as one of the most successful QB's in Oregon HS football history.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>21.[player_tooltip player_id='279169' first='Dexter' last='Foster'] 6-4 210 OLB Central Catholic</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The 2x PIL 1st&nbsp;team all-league OLB made the transfer from Roosevelt to Central Catholic. Roughriders coach Ryan McCants is one of the best in the state, but the PIL is a disaster and Foster will end up with multiple division 1 offers playing at CC.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>22.[player_tooltip player_id='206871' first='Terrell' last='Kim'] 6-3 315 OL North Medford&nbsp;<strong>OFFERS: San Jose St</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Over the last few years Kim has been one of the most successful lineman in the region. He earned 1st&nbsp;team all-league honors as a sophomore and 2nd&nbsp;team all-league accolades as a junior, which doesn't do him justice. Look for him to be the offensive lineman of the year in the SWC.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>23.[player_tooltip player_id='152334' first='Jace' last='Burton'] CB Jesuit</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Burton played lights out again for the 2nd&nbsp;straight season, earning 1st&nbsp;team all-league honors on both sides of the ball. He was one of only two underclassmen named 1st&nbsp;team all-state on defense in 2022 ([player_tooltip player_id='152355' first='AJ' last='Noland'] the other). Jace was also one of the Metro's leading receivers, catching 31 passes for 555 yards and 6 TDs.&nbsp;Expect multiple D1s to eventually offer.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>24.<strong>Timmy Williams Jr.</strong> 5-10 170 DB Central Catholic</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of the most versatile athletes in the entire NW. Mitchell battled injuries but locked up everyone from his CB spot, while scoring 6 TDs in 5 games, and looking like one of the top kick returners in the region.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>25.[player_tooltip player_id='343699' first='Brian' last='Smith'] 6-3 220 DE Tigard&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As referenced previously Smith could very well be Oregon's breakout POY year this coming season. He earned honorable mention all TRL honors on D as a junior and has the potential of being a conference POY candidate in 2023.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
