Lakota West | 2025

(Lakota West) 6’4 200- At 6’4 200 pounds, Grant who’s pictured above, has the perfect combination of size, speed, and athleticism that profiles to an outside linebacker at the D1 Power 5 level. The physical tools are very impressive, but so too are his technique and feel for what the offense is looking to do. He diagnoses plays very quickly and gets downhill to make plays at, or behind the line of scrimmage. He positions himself very well and is gap responsible. He does a great job of stalemating blockers and setting the edge in the run game. Beerman has great feet and hips that allows him to drop and cover as well. He’s a guy that can come down to the line of scrimmage and rush the QB and he’s a guy that can also cover, which makes him a very versatile weapon on defense. As he continues to fill out and get stronger, I definitely think he has a ceiling of a high P5 player.

Kenston | 2025
State
OH
(Kenston) 6’4 210- At 6’4 210 Kaltenbach already has a great frame for a high school quarterback. I think his greatest strength is his ability to stretch the field vertically. He does a good job of seeing the field and making the appropriate throws. He can throw with great touch when it’s called for and he can let it rip as well. Lucas does a nice job of carrying out his play-action fakes. When a rush is in his face, he’ll stand in and deliver the ball. He can throw to all parts of the field. He can also roll out and make throws on the run. Kaltenbach has already received G5 interest from the MAC and as he continues to grow and fill out I definitely begin to get P5 interest.

Cincinnati Country Day | 2025
OH
(Cincinnati Country Day) 5’9 165- Coyle is a ball hawk at safety for the Nighthawks. He has a great feel for playing deep safety as he tracks the ball well and takes good angles to the ball. Once the ball is in the air he covers a lot of ground to make plays. He has a smooth backpedal and good hips to transition to his run. Though a smaller safety, Ryan can also line up in the box and make plays in the run game and has a good feel for avoiding blockers to make plays. Coyle is definitely a player to watch over the next 2 years.

DL Drayden Pavey (Taft) 6’3 280- Pavey played his freshman and sophomore seasons for Cooper HS in Union, Kentucky. He has now transferred to Taft HS in Cincinnati and will look to make an impact for the Senators in his remaining 2 years of high school. At 6’3 280, Pavey, already has a good combination of size and strength that he uses to over-power blockers. He plays with a good pad level and frequently drives his man back into the backfield. Pavey also has heavy hands that he uses to throw his man and disengage. Once in the backfield Pavey displays good awareness for where the ball is and making plays. If Drayden can continue to work on his explosiveness and his pass rush techniques, I think he has the potential to be a dominant interior high school defensive lineman.

Fairfield | 2025
State
OH
(Fairfield) 6’3 190- With his 6’3 frame, King, is a long and athletic wide receiver. He has a great body control, tracks and adjust to the ball well, which combined with his length and jumping ability makes him a great threat to win every 50-50 ball. He does an excellent job of high pointing the ball no matter where he is on the field not just on jump balls. He’s a big playmaker in the Indians offense. King’s speed and acceleration put’s cornerbacks in conflict as he’s also able to break routes off if the cornerback turns his hips. King is definitely a player to watch and someone I’d expect to start to get D1 interest in the near future.

QB
Jalen Slaughter
Jalen
Slaughter
6'0" | 155 lbs | QB
Washington (Massillon) | 2025
State
OH
(Massillon Washington) 6’0 160- The sophomore lefty, Slaughter, has been on our radar since before his freshman year. With a year of starting in a high-level program like Washington, you could see things start to slow down for Slaughter in year 2. Even though he has a thinner build at this point in his career, he still has a big arm that he uses to stretch defenses vertically. He throws with great touch on his deep ball. Even with his knack for the deep ball, Slaughter is a polished thrower to all parts of the field. Jalen is a fierce competitor who plays with a little bit of an edge. At the same time, he’s a cool customer he never looks rattled. Jalen has the athletic ability to get out and run when things break down, but he’s very comfortable standing in and winning from the pocket. Slaughter already has an offer from Kent State and has gotten other G5 interest. I expect during this coming offseason the Power 5 interest to start to come.

Harris
6'2" | 180 lbs | WR
Centerburg | 2025
OH
(Centerburg) 6’2 175- Harris lines up at both wide receiver for the Trojans. Harris has great length and uses quick feet to get free releases. He has the ability to win in man or in zone. I love his feel for finding pockets in zone coverage and sitting down to provide an open target for his quarterback. Trevin has the acceleration and elusiveness to make plays after the catch. He never gives up on plays always making himself available as a target. Harris is also a willing and effective blocker downfield. Harris is definitely a player who I will be keeping an eye on moving forward.
