I knew of the buzz surrounding Xavier Stearn Xavier Stearn 6'5" | 200 lbs | QB Germantown Academy | 2026 State PA out of the Inter-Ac, it’s a reason why we ranked him before he ever threw a pass at Germantown Academy. The rank was a projection of what we thought he could become, this event stood as the first chance for many of the coaches and scouts, including myself, to see him throw live. We were all impressed. Beyond impressed. Every box was checked off by the freshman passer. Good feet throughout Indi’s. Timely with prospects that he’s never thrown to before. Compact release that’s perfect for his great build. Hit seams and vertical shots on time and accurately. Accurate all over the field, don’t remember balls hitting the turf. Consistent in all things. The evaluation puts aside his already desirable 6’6 frame. I’ll be real, it’s tough to name a freshman MVP at any position, we couldn’t pass it up. This kid earned it. He’ll see a jump in rank, I’ll be spreading his name to all of my contacts as well.
As for the second 1st-Team spot, I could have given it to numerous prospects. It’s too hard to pass up on Zac Hahn Zac Hahn 6'0" | 190 lbs | QB Manheim Central | 2024 State PA , the Manheim Central passer who, much like Stearn, was consistent in all aspects. This is hardly his first camp, there was command in his actions and voice. Hahn delivered strikes on out-breaking routes, threw with anticipation. Hahn might’ve been the most confident quarterback in attendance, his resume vouches for him. The camp was a breeze for the top 25 quarterback. Hahn sits inside the top 300 of his class, here’s to hoping he can crack the top 200 after the next update.

Aaron Enterline
Aaron Enterline
By far the most impressive group, at least amongst skill players.
We begin with the well-known name, that being Durrell Ceasar Durrell Ceasar 6'1" | 180 lbs | WR Steelton-Highspire | 2024 State PA out of Steelton-Highspire. This time last year, Ceasar was a relatively unknown name outside of his community. Fast-forward to his second camp appearance, he’s now a household name in the state, one that FBS programs have their eye on. Durrell made things look easy this past Friday night. Elite body control. Elite hand-eye coordination. He hardly broke a sweat and separated at will, especially against some of the younger DBs. Ceasar earned MVP as the most consistent pass-catcher at the event.
Next up are two prospects I’m high on, one who recently jumped into the top 50 on our rankings, and another who was a completely new name to me.
Dwayne Kelly Jr. is a prospect soon to suit up for Allentown Central Catholic, formerly out of Bethlehem Catholic. Kelly showed up to perform at wideout, any coaches wondering about his game should still check out his DB tape, it’s special. Talk about special, Kelly might’ve been the most advanced route runner at the event. Indi drills showed off his balance in and out of cuts. Indi drills showed off his quick twitch. 1-on-1’s highlighted his ability to negate press-coverage at the LOS. He was losing kids and flashing excellent hands that caught passes away from his body. Fluid in all areas. Hips, feet, hands, Kelly Jr. was too smooth in the open field for most DBs to handle.
Last up we have the most exciting revelation to come from the event. That being Aaron Enterline. I won’t even get into how well he tested, I’ll save that for a later piece. I don’t know how I missed a kid with this kind of talent. 6’3, skying over kids all over the field, Enterline performed exactly how you’d expect an overtly-physical wideout would. Enterline ability to catch in traffic last Friday night, as well as his ability to outperform during the testing portion of the camp, led to his placement here. He’s unranked, that will change quickly. Excited to promote his game, he’s deserving.

Much like Aaron Enterline, I will speak on Da’sjon Craggette Da’sjon Craggette 5'11" | 190 lbs | RB Geibel Catholic | 2024 State PA ‘s ridiculous testing numbers in a later piece. My colleague Dylan Callaghan-Croley liked Harrison Watson Harrison Watson 5'6" | 165 lbs | RB Avon Grove | 2024 State PA for MVP, that being deserved. Yet knowing Craggette already impressed DCC throughout the camp and going back and seeing his testing scores, I can’t help but name him the top running back in attendance. I’m happy for the young man, as he’s often one of the more overlooked running backs in the state. He certainly doesn’t look as small as I thought he was, especially in contrast to other backs in attendance. Craggette put forth the most complete performance. I’m excited to reevaluate his rank in time, he deserves a bump.
Harrison Watson Harrison Watson 5'6" | 165 lbs | RB Avon Grove | 2024 State PA was the most consistent back all event. I’m honestly not surprised, Watson knows how these events go. I’ll leave the deeper analysis to the scout who watched the backs more than I did. Here’s an excerpt from Dylan Callaghan-Croley’s piece on Watson:
“he showed quality speed and agility as well, he was consistently getting the best of the linebackers in one-on-ones and showed good closing speed on passes thrown in front of him as well. While some may be his size, he seems to be able to make up for it thanks to great fundamentals, footwork, and athleticism.”
Last but not least is another new name that will be added to the 2026 rankings. Yet another back that is waiting his turn amongst the stable of backs at St. Joseph’s Prep. We are at the point where I just shake my head. There’s a long list of backs in front of Khyan Billups, yet a peak at some of his B-Team reps and you’ll understand why he impressed so many coaches at the event, including Callaghan-Croley. Here’s an excerpt from DCC:
“There’s not much game film or stats to go off of for Billups but I was impressed with what I saw out of the St. Joes Prep Junior Varsity starting running. He’s got good size, great athleticism, and had just as good of an argument as most to be our MVP. He’s going to be a name to keep a very close eye on over the next few years.”
Consider him on our radar moving forward.

Very pleased to see two young men that I’m fond of perform well in front of our new scout Carl Frederick. Believe it or not, I didn’t tell him who I thought highly of beforehand, he still managed to pick two of the higher-ranking linemen prospects present at the camp. A testament to his abilities. Lukas Donahue Lukas Donahue 6'3" | 300 lbs | OL La Salle College | 2024 State PA took home OL MVP. Hardly a surprise. The way Donahue owns these camps, it was only a matter of time before the kid came away with an MVP. Much deserved. Here’s what Frederick had to say about Lukas:
“Donahue did not lose a single one on one matchup and did not take one rep off during the period. Not only that he stood out in the individual drills and was at the top or near it for each category. The Lasalle College product has a huge upside as he continues be one of the most sought after recruits in all of Pennsylvania.“
Again, not surprised. I expect nothing less from the La Salle product.
Another name that hardly surprises me. That’s Justin Kutcher Justin Kutcher 6'1" | 265 lbs | OL Danville | 2024 State PA out of Danville HS. It’s tough to come up with something new to say about the young man. Love the way he conducts himself in all aspects. Tone-setter in drills and I hardly got the chance to watch OL. Yet I could peak and see Kutcher working his tail off. I can’t help but think that whoever lands this young man a year from now will be through the roof at the person and prospect they are getting. On the event side, here’s what Carl Frederick had to say:
“Kutcher was very impressive displaying great technique and even rotated on the defensive line for extra reps during the 1 on 1 sessions. Standing at a little over 6’1 the rising junior is sure to make an impact this upcoming season for the Ironmen. Kutcher also tested very well in all categories and like Donahue did not skip one rep during the 1 on 1s.”

Last but certainly not least was Hayden Speece Hayden Speece 6'2" | 265 lbs | OL Altoona Area | 2024 State PA , a prospect I might be too low on. His future rank will reflect his outstanding performance last Friday night. Much better build than I expected. Carl Frederick mentioned his name to me multiple times throughout the camp. It’s exciting to us to find kids out-performing their ranks, in the end, it’s what we want to see. Hayden Speece Hayden Speece 6'2" | 265 lbs | OL Altoona Area | 2024 State PA did just that. He looked the part of a top 250 prospect. Consider my opinion on the Altoona junior changed. Here’s what Frederick had to say in his latest piece:
“Another rising junior who you can expect to climb the rankings for 2024 soon, Speece was a warrior last night. What impressed me the most is each rep when a defensive lineman was hovering right over him, he didn’t back down. Constantly defensive ends and tackles were attempting to bull rush him and the big guy more than stood his ground.”
