Quarterback
Zymier Jackson Zymier Jackson 6’1″ | 175 lbs | QB East | 2024 State NY was a really solid performer through camp. Jackson had one of the smoothest releases at camp and has really nice touch with the ability to change the trajectory on his ball flight. Jackson could have been a little more consistent taking him out of contention for our 1st and 2nd teams but some of the throws he made and the athleticism he displayed were a level above the rest of the quarterbacks. A really impressive camp from Jackson results in 3rd team selection.

Running Back
Brennen Pressley Brennen Pressley 5’10” | 190 lbs | LB Iona Prep | 2026 State NY was really well rounded all camp. He tested well in combine drills and was really consistent through individual drills and 1v1s. The coaches in charge of the RBs pointed out Pressley as being very well rounded and showing consistency as an athlete, pass catcher, and in blocking. In the reps I saw Pressley just has an incredible feel for the game. His instincts and athleticism pass the eye test of a guy who belongs at the next level. Pressley had a great camp and earns a spot on our third team.

Wide Reciever
Darison Hooper Darison Hooper 6’0″ | 165 lbs | WR Archbishop Stepinac | 2024 State NY was one of the smoothest athletes I saw throughout the camp. He did a fantastic job on his burst out of his cuts and was a really solid route runner. I think Hooper was one of the most underrated wide receivers I saw at camp and his ability to effortlessly bring in the ball either by attacking it with his hands at the catch point or letting it just fall into a basket Hooper was really solid all camp. Hooper did a great job of tracking the ball on longer routes and using his really solid route running to play his way open.

Offensive Line
Trevor Benjamin Jr Trevor Benjamin Jr 6’2″ | 265 lbs | OL Holy Trinity | 2026 State NY had a really solid performance at camp. One of the best combinations of size and athleticism amongst the lineman at camp Benjamin tested really well and his performance in individual drills and 1v1s was very solid. Benjamin Jr has a quick lower body and does a good job of keeping his body in winning positions. He has really solid footwork and strength in his lower half resulting in really solid power. Benjamin Jr had overall a really solid camp that earns him a spot on our third team.

Defensive Line
Robert Smith III Robert Smith III 6’1″ | DL Copiague | 2026 NY had a really solid day against lineman who were bigger, stronger, and older. Linebacker
Nick Parisi Nick Parisi 6’2″ | 235 lbs | LB Holy Trinity | 2024 State NY was one of the most well rounded linebackers throughout camp showing really solid performance in both individual drills and 1v1s. Parisi performed really well and was consistent in his play. The reps I saw from Parisi he did a good job covering 1v1 against some really athletic running backs. Parisi was overall one of the most consistent performers in the linebacking group from New York.

Defensive Back
Desmond Leonard Desmond Leonard 5’10” | 165 lbs | DB Williamsville North | 2024 State NY had some of the best instincts amongst the defensive backs. Leonard was solid in coverage and did a good job not biting on early fakes on routes run against him. Leonard did a really good job trusting what he saw and and using his instincts to attack the catch point. Leonard had incredible acceleration and closing speed and I noticed that he could get away with being more aggressive than other defensive backs because of that recovery speed. Leonard was really solid throughout camp and I think he did a great job of having consistent competitive reps.
