Belnap is a two way star for Vallivue and is one of the better players in the 2025 class that Idaho has to offer. He is a instinctual player with ball skills, plays with good physicality and excels at making plays in space with a quick trigger and explosive in the open field on both sides. He shows he can cover an entire field, has impressive open field speed and fluid hips in transition while baiting QB’s into bad throws over the middle before breaking on the ball. He is one to watch as we progress through this off-season and he could find himself moving up the ranks in our next rankings release.
Gee is a well put together kid that will only continue to grow and develop through his final two seasons of his prep career. He has the ideal size and frame for the next level and carries no bad weight while moving well for his size and having plus athleticism. He is violent with his hands at the POA, creates immediate knock-back and locks out blockers while able to change direction quickly, pursue backside and is a sure tackler in the box. Depending on the scheme, he could be a 4 down DE at the next level or kick inside as a 3-5 tech but offers very nice position versatility along the defensive line.
The 2025 prospect is a jumbo athlete that plays on both sides of the ball but is more of a natural inside linebacker due to his size, speed/plug and play ability and run stopping. He is a force at the second level that diagnosis plays quickly, plays with a low hat when in the box and flashes the ability to get off blocks while scraping over the top and taking good angles in the open field. A sure tackler, he can cover and break in the flats while able to make plays downfield on offense as well. He is a physical and tough kid that should have a huge Junior season for one of the states top teams.
Highlights
Fish has tremendous upside due to his frame and length at the next level. He is still raw at the position but has good overall movement abilities, is a natural bender and does a nice job using his hands at the POA and offering some pass rush abilities as well. Although a still developing player, he is a no brainer next level kid as he continues to become a technician and he should see his recruiting pick up this Spring as he attends camps and showcases.
