Cooper Nye Cooper Nye 6'3" | 220 lbs | QB Airport | 2024 State MI | Airport | 6’3″, 215lbs
I’ve always been a massive fan of Nye’s game. After viewing his Junior year highlights, I still am. Nye has elite playmaking ability and is able to sling it into tight windows, as well as throw the ball deep. His stats aren’t as great as some of the other top QBs in this class, but I promise you, his ceiling is as high as any. Genuinely hoping to see Cooper compete this offseason, and hope he earns some more praise in the future. For now, all he can do is put his head down and get to work!
Zak Olejniczak Zak Olejniczak 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Lapeer | 2024 State MI | Lapeer | 6’1, 180lbs
Olejniczak garnered some praise this season as he led Lapeer to a 7-3 record. Zak is a decently efficient passer and able to read defenses quite well. His work with Legacy over the offseason indeed raises his stock and allows him to have consistent growth and knowledge on coverages. On the field, he reminds me a bit of M. Mckenzie from Caledonia and should continue to improve. Excited to see him this offseason, and looking forward to a tremendous senior campaign.
Connor Wolf Connor Wolf 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Grand Rapids Catholic Central | 2024 State MI | GR Catholic Central | 6’2, 180lbs
Wolf’s first year as CC’s QB did not disappoint. Even though CC did not meet expectations in winning another state title, you’ve got to love their chances with Wolf starting at QB. He’s a highly-regarded player who passed for 2,796 yards, 32 TDs, and 8 INTs. In addition, Wolf faces a more difficult schedule than most D5 programs in the OK-Gold. Wolf was very active last off-season, and I expect the same this off-season.
