<p>A pair of teammates. More than a few familiar names. A couple of new names to the list. One player that shined in a losing effort. Those are the eight players that garnered Game Balls this week for the Midlands.</p>

<p>At this point in the season, both [player_tooltip player_id='262635' first='Alias' last='Graham-Woodberry'] and [player_tooltip player_id='267430' first='Jaden' last='Allen-Hendrix'] are over 1,500 yards each. That trend continued in the 49-14 win over Manning in the second round of the Class 3A playoffs. Graham-Woodberry ran for 142 yards and scoring runs of 35 and 19 yards while Allen-Hendrix accounted for 129 yards and scores of 17 and 18 yards.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='91136' first='Jarvis' last='Green'], RB, Dutch Fork</strong></p>

<p>The senior Mr. Football candidate dominated in the 35-18 win over Dorman in the second round of the Class 5A playoffs. [player_tooltip player_id='91136' first='Jarvis' last='Green'] ran for 246 yards on 25 carries and added four receptions for 61 yards. He scored on runs of 28, 2 and 69 yards. His 69-yard run came after the Cavaliers pulled within 28-18 late in the third quarter.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='139303' first='Cortez' last='Lane'], WR, Camden</strong></p>

<p>The Bulldogs all-purpose player played a huge factor in the 29-26 win over Lower Richland in the second round of the Class 3A playoffs. The junior scored twice in helping Camden overcome a late-game deficit.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='262674' first='Tyleke' last='Mathis'], Ath, Saluda</strong></p>

<p>The senior ran for 155 yards and added 106 yards receiving and scored twice, including the game-winner with just over nine minutes remaining to rally the Tigers to a 23-16 victory over Gray Collegiate in the second round of the Class 2A playoffs. He also scored on a 67-yard run and played the entire game on defense.</p>

<p><strong>Brannon Rucker, DE, Hammond</strong></p>

<p>The senior blocked two punts that resulted in two special team touchdowns to help propel the Skyhawks to a 45-0 over Porter-Gaud. The victory puts Hammond in the SCISA Class 4A championship this coming Friday night.</p>

<p><strong>Marcus Smith, QB, Lower Richland</strong></p>

<p>The junior QB gave Lower Richland a 26-21 lead with a TD pass to <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='202736' first='Nate' last='Branch']</strong> with 4:58 remaining but it wasn't enough as Camden rallied for a 29-26 win. Smith accounted for four touchdowns – two rushing and two passing.</p>

<p>The senior ran for 272 yards and four touchdowns on 26 carries to help the Falcons roll past Hartsville 53-34 Saturday night. He has 2,299 yards rushing on the season. His four TD runs came from 15, 1, 16 and 38 yards. </p>
