Both teams played Baker this season as Dothan defeated Baker 43-15 while Foley lost to Baker 56-35. Dothan has one of the most dynamic players in 7A in two-way player [player_tooltip player_id='127811' first='Raymon' last='Blackmon']. On the season, Blackmon has 1,136 yards on 130 carries and 19 touchdowns with 14 receptions for 295 yards. On defense as a defensive back, he has two interceptions on the season. Wolverines first-year head coach Jed Kenney is coming off a one-week suspension for shoving down a Dothan volunteer assistant coach. Tamerion Peterson is another big-play running back for the Wolves. Foley is making their first trip back to playoffs since 2015. Their only region loss was to Baker. Quarterback Reece Tynes has completed 184-of-292 for 2,153 yards with 21 touchdowns, six interceptions, 232 yards on 55 carries, and five touchdowns on the season. Running back [player_tooltip player_id='1080066' first='Kolton' last='Nero'] is a big weapon for the Foley offense. Against Davidson, Nero rushed for 178 yards on 22 carries and two touchdowns. Wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='290105' first='Harrison' last='Knight'] is another solid player for the Foley offense. Alabama commit defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='130512' first='Perry' last='Thompson'] can also turn into a receiver during big games this season. Fairhope realed off five straight wins to start the season but finished 3-2 overall in the second half of the season. [player_tooltip player_id='426813' first='Caden' last='Creel'] had a big regular season for the Pirates. On week two, the senior QB completed 20-of-30 passing for 324 yards &amp; 2 TD's with 114 yards on 14 carries &amp; TD vs Choctwhatchee. Last week against Briarwood Christian, Creel completed 28-of-30 passing for 179 yards &amp; two touchdowns with 152 yards on 22 carries and a touchdown. For the season, Creel has completed 142-of-216 passes for 1,689 yards with 11 touchdowns and 11 interceptions with 1,059 yards on 159 carries and six touchdowns. Running backs Qualin McCants is coming off an injury and Preston Godfrey took over the rushing attack. McCants has 546 yards on 108 carries 15 touchdowns while Godfrey has 499 yards on 88 carries and nine touchdowns. Wide receiver Ben Mosley has 57 receptions for 674 yards and four touchdowns on the season. Middle linebacker Cory Devole leads the team with 91 tackles on the season. Auburn had only one loss on the season but it came from cross-town rival Central-Phenix City. Auburn plays two quarterbacks in [player_tooltip player_id='127683' first='Clyde' last='Pittman'] and [player_tooltip player_id='241426' first='Davis' last='Harsin']. Pittman has completed 92-of-136 for 1,243 yards with 13 touchdowns and three interceptions on the season. Running back DV Williams has 830 yards on 132 carries and 12 touchdowns on the season. Tyler Flakes in another solid running back for the Tigers. These are exciting times for the Vikings football team. Quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1036629' first='Jared' last='Hollins'] has thrown for over 2,000 yards this season. The junior QB has completed 148-of-213 for 2,155 yards with 23 touchdowns and only three interceptions with 261 yards on 49 carries and five touchdowns. Hollins has completed 69.5 percent of his passes this season. Wide receiver James Bolton had a big regular season with 64 receptions for 1,304 yards and 14 touchdowns. Running back Keshun Johnson has 1,25 all-purpose yards for the Vikings this season. Central-Phenix City has won four straight games coming into the playoffs knocking off their cross-town rivals Auburn 38-17. QB Jaylen Epps has completed 134-of-226 passes for 1,899 yards with 18 touchdowns and six interceptions on the season. Epps has rushed for 580 yards on 153 carries and 14 touchdowns. Running backs [player_tooltip player_id='127804' first='Romello' last='Green'] and Zach Simmons lead the way for the Red Devils. Central could have the best three receivers in the state with [player_tooltip player_id='235361' first='Karmello' last='English'], [player_tooltip player_id='237804' first='Cameron' last='Coleman'], and [player_tooltip player_id='145243' first='Jared' last='Wiley']. Dual quarterback Aiden White leads the way for the Wildcats' offense. White has completed 86-of-147 passes for 1,467 yards with 20 touchdowns, 333 yards on 51 carries, and four touchdowns on the season. Running backs Amare Griffen and [player_tooltip player_id='127805' first='Mykel' last='Johnson'] lead the way for the Enterprise ground attack. Johnson has 366 yards on 50 carries and six touchdowns, with 27 receptions for 540 yards and seven touchdowns. Johnson is a big special team player for the Wildcats. Johnson has 450 yards of kick returns with three touchdowns and 94 yards of punt returns. Also, Johnson is averaging 35 yards per punt on the season. Griffen has 665 yards on 134 carries, seven touchdowns, and 78 yards on five receptions and two touchdowns. This will be three straight years that Baker has made the playoffs. Baker has quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='243256' first='Josh' last='Flowers'] leading the way for the Hornets. Flowers has completed 100-of-157 passes for 1,360 yards with eight touchdowns and two interceptions, with 1,205 yards and 14 touchdowns on the season. Roderick Taylor has rushed for 500 yards on 84 carries and three touchdowns on the season. Senior Gary Byers leads the Hornets in tackles with 109 on the season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
