District 3 seniors who have raised their stock this season

He's completing nearly 70% of his passes and has thrown for 23 touchdowns to just four interceptions. This past weekend he threw for a career high six touchdowns against Fleetwood. The arm strength appears to be solid, and the accuracy is surely there. One of the bigger questions right now would be his size as we were unable to find any measurements. But in terms of skill set, Rudy has a lot to work with. He makes up for any lack of size with his skillset and can be weapon in various accets of the game whether it's on the ground, in the passing game, or in the return game.
