<p>Virginia has top to be among the top sleeper states in terms of football talent. The NFL talent that the state has produced is just silly. Well, today, we're in Virginia looking at some of the state's top freshmen wide receivers. These guys have already begun to make an immediate impact for their schools, with some even picking up Power-Five offers already. They have each displayed plenty of talent in the early stages of their careers and have loads of potential. It's still early in their recruitment, so look for their stock to continue to rise with three more years of varsity ball remaining. Make sure to keep a watchful eye on them.
